Food was great but 3 stars because I was never checked on. Just brought my food and that was it. Didn’t like my smoothie so asked for it to be removed off the bill, had to wait for that. The lady at the register had an attitude. Her replies are mumbled, like if you’re forcing her to speak to you. She kept having to repeat herself because I couldn’t hear. She keeps her head down, she won’t even look at you when she’s talking to you.

If I can give 0 stars I would. We went to this location around 1am for a late night meal and as we were walking towards a booth, I counted 4 tables that still had plates trash food just sitting. Mind you we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time, there was about 6 employees sitting around in there phones while the dining area is filthy! We ended up ordering to go instead of dining in.
Now the food:
I order tenders and fries, the worst food I ever tasted in my life. It tasted as if they have been using the same grease for a year! Just disgusting! They need to shut this location down or hire someone to manage this location better! I didn’t Even eat the food, the eggs were runny and nasty.
$40 down the drain! DO EAT HERE!

Rude servers and cooks half the time it smells like roach spray i walked in the other night to exterminator told me to come back in a hour when i came back to hours later waiting on my food my stomach was hurting because of the chemicals used for the roaches now imagine what there putting in your food.

Nikki was amazing! She anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed something. It’s been a while since I’ve had real restaurant service with such attention to details. You have a hidden gem in your hands. Amazing service.
My family and I normally go to this location after church and have always had a great experience. We decided to go for dinner and wow what a complete difference in customer experience. The server was new and she did let us know so we were very understanding. She got three meals wrong and we kept having to remind her of things we asked for but we did remain patient because we know what it’s like to be new. When splitting the bill, the manager Freddy stepped in to assist the server. The bill had wrong items added and they even charged additional meals that weren’t asked for or received. The server didn’t take accountability of her mistakes but just stood there not saying a word. The manager kept saying she’s trying to save you money which was completely wrong. The manager seemed frustrated and instead of trying to fix the issue he kept trying to add money to the bill. Freddy needs to take time training on basic customer service especially being the leader of the business and should be setting a good example for his servers. This was a very minor issue that was turned major due to poor customer service and can definitely impact your future business if not addressed.

The parking lot is easy in and out. Lots of spaces, including handicap in front of entrance. Took the better half for breakfast. Haven't been to Dennys in a long time.. we were in the area and decided that it was worth a visit. Was greated and seated by a very friendly staff member. Our orders were taken and coffee brought.to.us. coffee was fresh and hot. The wife had a grand slam with the strawberry pancakes for the $1.29 upcharge.. I had the Denver omlet.and hash browns Serving sizes were large. The hash browns and omelet were good. The wife's said her pancakes were chewy..only finished about 1/3 of them .. Overall.it was a good breakfast with the exception of the pancakes.

A little late, but we were there on 8/30 for breakfast, Aliscia was our server. Great service and a good meal. Aliscia was attentive and friendly, made sure we had everything we needed. Food could have been a little hotter, but we'll be back!
