I called to make a pick up order, the guys said okay and asked for my name. Just for me to get there and they didn’t even know where my order is and then made me wait because the manager disappeared. Then I waited to make another order for them to tell me it’s gonna be more than 20 mins for one order of something small to be put in. They all looked like they didn’t want to work there. Worst experience wit this store

Gail was horrible! She walked up to our table didn't say a word in about 10 seconds she finally opened her mouth and said what are you having no (how are you)or (welcome to Dennys) nothing .We asked for 2 glass of water. She left and came back and then We asked about the 5.99 special thought it was eggs, bacon and hasbrown , my husband picked it and I told her that I wanted shell eggs , she says "wait a mintue now you're saying one thing and hes saying something else".We didn't know it was all you can eat pancakes, the picture shows something different. I was very uncomfortable and upset on how she spoke to us. I got up and left.
