Order said 35 to 45 minutes. Now it is over two hours. Pathetic customer service. Same old Dominos.

This specific dominos will say they completed your order and actually haven’t even showed up to deliver the food at all. They also don’t answer the phone and if they do answer the phone they will say that they are going to figure out where the driver is but never calls back. Literally the worse customer service you can possibly imagine. Don’t waste your time.

Awful! I called to confirm order as the app stated it was completed, and it had not been. The woman that answered was so rude to me from the beginning. Then accused me of being “combative” because she could not answer my question regarding my order not being delivered despite being stated completed on their app. She proceeded to hang up on me three times. The first and last time ordering from this location. So nasty and disrespectful for no reason. I see why the reviews are so terrible for this location.

Very rude I’m not sure who the manager is possible the lead the way she talk to the team is terrible and even got a attitude with the customers and I was one of them I didn’t ask you to pick this job if you not happy find a new job. Steady coming out taking smoke breaks and on her phone and smoking cigarettes but not one time did I see her wash her hand smh and I’m not even from here but I can tell she is rude

One of the worst service. They took 45 mins to tell me that they don't have enough staff and might take another 45 mins or cancel the order.

As a long time hater of this location I was pleased to meet the new manager of this location today and one of the team members she was training on making the pizzas look great! They were both so nice and really gave me the feeling that this location might be getting the turn around it deserves. Thank you for the introduction and good laugh - side note my pizza was super fresh tasted great and looked beautiful.

DON’T ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS!!!! Pizza arrived cold 40 minutes after they told me it would arrive! I discovered that receipt listed my order, however, the pizza was missing 3 of the toppings ordered! I wasted time trying to get through to the store, because an endless reel was playing and I never got a live person to express my complaint! After calling at least 12 times someone finally answered and I asked to speak with a manager! Several minutes later I was placed on the line with a manager who spoke with me and the lack of concern and professionalism was shocking!!! Based on this experience with not even an apology, they will NEVER have my business again!!

Ordered pizza and it was late. I called the store 3 times, only to be hung on 3 times. I went to the store, and the shift leader Michael, was just as rude as the girl who hung up on me. No wonder this store has 2.6 stars. The food came cold and they forgot my dipping sauce. These 2 people should no longer be allowed to work there, there are plenty of people who need jobs. The girl was abrupt and extremely rude.
