Would I recommend it horrible? horrible food horrible customer service.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — not even my worst enemy. The customer service is absolutely horrible, especially Nathan (or whatever his name is) — beyond rude, nasty, and a complete wast

This store manager Demetri & his employees are very unprofessional. Starting with the guy answering the phones, & ending with the driver who so called LIKES TO MARK “DELIVERED” on the app, yet NEVER shows up with the order. I called the store once I realized that my order was supposedly delivered. The guy who answered the phone, not only took my concern as a joke but told me that I would need to call back in 10 mins if my order was actually not delivered. Okay fine, it’s a Sunday they might be busy, no worries… to my surprise, my order was not yet delivered within an extra 12 min wait. I call back, & again get laughed at for calling. I ask to speak to the manager and it was almost like I was a comedian at this point! Pure laughter from others in the background. It’s VERY disappointing customer service & poor management from Demetri. My order was $63!!! I would have preferred to be told that the order was pending, or not even out yet, than to be laughed at & poorly attended. I’m sure they wouldn’t have like if the roles were reversed.

The ONLY good thing about all this, was my refund. Received it almost instantly after canceling .

Normally I have a decent experience here but tonight I ordered 1 pizza and some pasta I live less than a city block and it took me just around 3 hrs to receive my piping cold food

I placed an order, for delivery and it passed 2 hours , and they didnt delivered it, and the app wasn’t showing any up dates worst Service ever

I was having a stressful day and thought a pizza might make up for it.

I ordered 3 hours ago. Nothing delivered but app says order completed.

No idea where my order is. Ordered 3 hours ago and still waiting.

I have waited for an hour longest for a pizza to be delivered from the busiest pizza place. This is insane!

When called to ask, they said that the app is not working as expected , driver is still on the way and can’t tell me what’s the ETA

Really is this a joke? Unbelievable and never had this type of bad experience

PSA- This is by far the worst dominos I’ve ever ordered from. Placed my order at 7:00PM- after two hours of my order not moving on the app, I called the store directly. Whoever answered the phone stated that they were having a problem with the car for delivery. I asked if I could pick up my order, they laughed and then placed me on a 20 minute hold never picking up the call again. I got in my car(because you know, it works) and drove to pick up my own cold pizza at 9PM. When I got there I watched them pack the delivery car full of what I assume to be 2 hour old pizza to deliver. McDonald’s has better customer service skills and the fact that this store is still operating is beyond comprehension with what I experienced tonight. If you work at this store and are reading this, there are many jobs out there- if you are not happy with yours, apply elsewhere and be the change. Your customers and you deserve more.

An hour and a half for the pizza to be delivered. Cold pizza and breadsticks. I always forget how bad dominos delivery is compared to delivery services nowadays. ALWAYS ORDER TAKE OUT !! DONT RELY ON THE DELIVERY !!!

Pizza is not goos at all. I don’t know why. I have been to many other Dominos, and I gave this one 2 or 3 tries because they must be making pizza the same way at all locations, but the pizza here was just not good at all for some reason.

I just came and placed a pickup order in person. One employee hid in the back for 15 minutes as soon as I walked in and the other one just left after taking the order. The first finally came back holding coins without gloves and started working on the pizza before washing his hands. Think I'm done with domino's as a whole after this one

Ordered 2 pizzas tonight. The arrived warm. And the crust was tuff and rubbery. This is the second we ordered from this dominos. First time pizza took 2 hours to get delivered. Pizza was ice cold. I will never order from this dominos again.

I placed an order. Waited for it to arrive. Called for ETA and was advised that they gave my order to the wrong person. I had to wait for them to remake it and when I asked for a credit to be applied, as I as hungry but don’t think it’s fair to pay full price for cold pizza the manager said he could apply a dessert to my next order. What makes you think I want to order from there again if you couldn’t even get this order right or correct the fact that I’m not satisfied??? lol come on. He was more worried about who told me about the error than correcting it. Great job!
