Thee delivery took 30 minutes to reach my house,once they left.W live 2 miles away. The total time was 58 minutes for pizza. We do have a gated community ..5 min wait but its ridiculous. I always tip 30% its not professional to make people wait that long for pizza . Next time it's all star pizza..

I called multiple times to cancel an order because my fiancée had already brought pizza home. I was calling before the order was made to let the store know it needed to be canceled.
Instead of assisting, the employee answered the phone and immediately hung up. When I called back, she continued answering the phone, walking away without speaking, and then hanging up even after clearly hearing me say “hello.”
When calling Domino’s, it states that calls are recorded, so I sincerely hope management reviews those calls. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and frustrating, especially for an issue that could have been resolved in seconds.

But where’s the green peppers and the cheddar cheese blend . This happens almost every time the Hispanic young lady with black hair is working. She loves to short you on what you pay for. I think she needs a retraining .

Absolutely ridiculous experience and now I have wet cold food and I’m soaked head to toe. My mobile app said my delivery was complete but I had not received a pizza so I called the store. They informed it was not complete and my driver was on the way, then when he arrived he didn’t not even make an attempt to read building numbers as I watched him park and immediately pull out and leave. I tried to run down but he was gone to fast so I called again and told them so they called him and a few minutes later I watched him return with his window down and on the phone. I tried calling out to him but he pulled away once again so I ran after him and chased him down the street until he stopped in the pouring rain because I had been waiting on this food for over an hour at this point. I shouldn’t have to get myself soaked head to toe just to receive my food. A delivery driver who can read simple building numbers should not be that hard to acquire and the app definitely should not be telling me my order was complete 20 whole minutes before it even arrived at my address. So now I have cold half wet food, absolutely ridiculous.
Delivery driver Daniel was super rude, he tailgated and did not follow the instructions left on the app and I also had put the option on the app for him to leave the food at my door because I was gonna be busy to answer it however he waited at the door and kept banging on the door yelling my name. when i finally got to the door he insisted that i tip him however i already had tipped him on the app and he was ungrateful. his attitude was absolutely dramatic and not needed. he muttered something as he walked away and laughed at me.
