Horrendous. Called in an order at 5:45 for two Philly Cheesesteaks and Garlic twists. Driver Othmane showed up at 6:50. A much longer wait than usual. The food delivered was cold. Both the Cheesesteaks were two pieces of bread with burnt cheese, one or two pepppers and onions, and three little pieces of burnt meat. The twists were okay but ice cold. We called the store and someone who spoke very quickly put us on hold. She never picked up. Hung up and called back and the same person put us on hold again. After 10 minutes, the manager Lourdes who put us on hold picked up. It was almost impossible to understand what she was saying because her English is terrible. Told her what happened and she asked for the order number. I said we used app and did not know the number. She kept saying “Lady I need the order number number.” over and over again. I asked for a manager and she said I am the manager, Lourdes. She finally asked for my phone number, and then reads back the order. I’m like yes, the food was horrible. She says hold on a minute. Then says I can remake the sandwiches but can’t get them there for a least two hours. I said no, I want a refund. She said no. I said great, I’m going to call the corporate office to complain about your terrible food and service. She said fine, I don’t have the number. I said thanks for nothing, and she giggled and said you are welcome. I will never order from you again and going to tell everyone I know about your horrible manager Lourdes.

Love the NY pizza....BUT could not compete order online..kept locking up. Called and very uncooperative lady answered .took order...twice the price! She informed must order online and could not assist with online. Marco's!!!

I ordered a meat lovers large pizza on thin crust with some BBQ wings on the side. The pizza was definitely good (remember, we’re talking chain pizza) but things were definitely subpar. Is like they’d been frozen for a long time and then fried them while they weren’t done completely defrosting the picture for the wings on line were definitely misleading.

Bad customer service called to tell them they food they served to me was very cold she told me there’s nothing she can do about it and hung up I wish I had looked to the reviews before ordering I’m pregnant and have kids to feed this was a waste of money ?
