I would think by now during the busiest hour of business that you have more than just one person trying to serve 20 people in line. Espically when one of those people ordering multiple plates. I come in a 3 o’clock. There are no patties and all I get is told that it is sold out for the day. But wait aren’t you closed at 10? Apparently this location has ability to close a 6. Which even then is STILL 3 hours and you’re telling me you have no more patties in the building? Making it sound like they make it by hand or something which clearly it’s not. Caribbean food is by far top-tier for the taste, but if only the service would match, which makes it highly disappointing.

Why is no one wearing hair mesh or gloves anymore? Then you get there no a/c, 1 server tending to a line that stretches outside. Management please do better! Next up is to report them.
Just was at Donna at 10:18 and I wanted a serving of curry chicken with plantains and boil bananas with coleslaw and salad and they said they cannot serve the coleslaw salad till 11 o’clock didn’t make no sense. I was OK with Rice not being available to 11.
They close 2-3 hours early. Showed up to this location and to the in Atlantic and both closed and it’s 9:06. Super inconvenient. Ya shouldn’t be posting hours yall aren’t going to honor.
The food is always amazing, but why have a phone number available if nobody ever answers?
Got here on a Sunday at 9:46 AM drove all the way from lighthouse point because it said that it was open got here and they’re closed. But the door sign says open from 8:30 to 11 PM.
this place used to be so good, now you can just taste the budget cuts and reheated food.
worst caribbean food ive had sadly, the plantains were FULLY raw inside, rice is hard and almost crunchy, and the jerk chicken was dry. outside of the issues with the management and attitude and shards of plastic and things often found in the food here, the food just tastes so reused and old now, no spice or anything too

The food was not very good at all. The brown stew had been stewed for what it seemed like was days, the rise was old and hard like it had been hanging out the whole time the brown stew had been left out too. The customer service isn’t existent. Rude and not helpful. One day when people stop spending they will recognize you get more with honey.

The food is really good here. But they aren't friendly, I always feel like I'm bothering them when I order. Just being honest.
Go to golden crust up the road , more variety , friendly staff and professional environment. Food too salty here , high blood pressure issues .
I continue to visit this location, hoping just hoping that Customer service will change. What is the problem, why are the hostess so angry and unapproachable, I’m not trying to make friends, but for Gods sake, be courteous, they never smile, they’re very abrupt, you can’t even ask a question, I thought it was just the Boss’s daughter, call and complain about her they said, but they’re all the same, who do they think is keeping that Restaurant open, the only thing saving this establishment is the fact that there are no other Caribbean restaurants in the neighborhood, I have an online Magazine and they have no idea who they’re serving on a daily basis' I think it’s time for a write up. In order to support our community, our community has to support us, we keep them in business, if they’re not sharing your food with the phone attached to their neck and head, they’re just rude and angry for no reason. Listen Sir, they have to do better. It’s sad that the service overpowers the food, which is pretty good.
Wasn't too friendly
The oxtails were tender and full of flavor 🤤
