I don't know why people are giving such bad reviews and dismissing the "white haired owner". He is actually a really nice guy. I've recently discovered the Festival Marketplace and this deli is inside the food court. I've had several different sandwiches and burgers and the food is always fresh, the produce is nice, green and crisp, and they always make the crinklecut fries well done and crispy just like I like them. Went shopping together with my mom and we decided to grab a bite at the food court. We ordered a bacon, egg & cheese on a roll. It wasn't busy because we got at the festival mall pretty early. They have some food items on display in their cold case. I feel as though their store presentation could be better rather than having the food on display, covered in plastic wrap.
