i believe if i order something a certain way. i want that way shown on my receipt. im not looking for discounts or anything. im looking for correct , accurate service. and if i ask to clarify about it , you could tell me nicer. i go here almost everyday with the same order and have had problems with certain ways the worker input the orders. a previous worker told me to say it a specific way and i have been. the order taker in drive thru today did things backwards and rude.

The crossiant was complete crap and the hah browns were dark and looked like they were used with yesterday's grease. I included a pic of what its supposed to look like and what it actually looked like. Do better Dunkin 🤦🏻♂️

This Dunkin’ Donuts really needs to get their stuff together. The kid that was taking my order got it wrong three times and I had to go through the drive-through and back in the store, and I was late for work. Also, they should probably teach them some manners because the kid was biting his fingernails the whole entire time that he was taking my order. Absolutely gross if you ask me.

Customer service was great at this Dunkin location. My friend and i came here nearly every day of our week long vacation and the service was consistent. We were served by the manager Danielle each day and if she is in the window you can expect quick and efficient service with a GREAT attitude. She was optimistic even on a rainy day. Definitely made my day to hear her in the drive through.

This is the only Dunkin I’ll go to in SoFlo. Please don’t change. Everyone is so nice!! The food is basically the same dull menu as everywhere else but a little fresher without the stale, nasty, rancid oil smell of other locations that probably never clean their ovens.

Ordered iced coffee with three shots of espresso. This was by far the weakest most watered down coffee I have ever drank.

Went through the drive through twice because service and coffee was so gooood. Our cashier who took our order was Danielle and she was incredibly kind, professional, and had an amazing attitude. We don't live in this area but we wish she lived in ours to get this great service at all Dunkins 💜
