the people who work here are extremely rude and need to be fired, i ordered a latte and the girl at the front was trying to tell me how my order was and getting an attitude sucking her teeth at me all because i told her it wasn’t done right, didn’t receive my donuts nor was my coffee done right no good costumer service and another time i went i told her my drink wasn’t right she didn’t want to remake it she was too busy trying to argue with me, instead of giving me a refund so i told her i was going to call corporate and the manager looked dumbfounded im never returning to this location again do better

I feel like in order to work here you have to be miserable and rude. I tried adding something to my order at the drive through and the person on the intercom said she already started making my order. She was giving me attitude before but when she said that I just decided to leave and go somewhere else. Each time I come here it’s something. I’d rather just go somewhere else and have peace. If the workers don’t like dealing with customers then just work somewhere else. It’s really simple.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts ever!!! I have had terrible service at this location, they have forgotten items in my order several times. It is closest to my house, they don’t care about customer service, I placed a mobile order and went through the drive through they told me to pull forward and I watched 5 cars pass me, then came to me and ask me about my order!!! I will never go here ever again!!!
