This Dunkin’ Donuts is absolutely disgusting. The place was filthy, the employees’ uniforms were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been washed in days, and the way they spoke to customers was completely unprofessional. It’s honestly the worst service I’ve experienced in years.

And just to add to the madness — they handed me a giant muffin on top of the coffee lid in the drive-thru. The only reason I’m even eating the muffin is because I’m pretty sure it’s not made on-site… and as for the coffee, well, we’ll see.

This location is a complete disgrace to the Dunkin’ brand. It needs to be shut down or have the entire staff replaced immediately.

We came at Thanksgiving morning very early, We asked for Medium macchiato with vanilla and almond milk, which is iced, And we said cocoa mocha signature latte And we told her we wanted it hot and we made sure we said that, Lady wasn’t paying attention, And then when she gave us our coffees, we told her we asked for Coco mocha signature latte Hot she start arguing back-and-forth without saying sorry , No, you weren’t paying attention, I am very disappointed at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Every Dunkin’ Donuts I go to. I’m very happy expect for this one, The employee was very rude Instead of apologizing, we had to apologize for her cause she wasn’t feeling in the mood to serve us, she had a whole attitude, my mom kept telling her happy Thanksgiving she didn’t answer back, It’s very disgusting. She’s very rude, If you want a good coffee Don’t go to the Cypress Dunkin’ Donuts they are the worst, Couldn’t even bother to apologize when she messed up my order, my mom kept apologizing for her She was very, not in the mood to serve us probably because she had to work on Thanksgiving, which is not our problem, you always have to serve a customer with a smile, disrespectful Ugly attitude! What’s a shame

Has always been great! I am a local, have been coming since this location opened. Service was still good, just one very huge issue that I cannot help it, I have to say something. Was there this Saturday, around 6pm after running errands to get kids donuts, and myself a pick me up. A tall man working, long hair, probably 20’s even might be early 30’s started to I guess make our order. I watched him pick his nose, quite a few times, and put his same finger also in his ear, no gloves on. I guess he saw me look, because he quickly stopped to put gloves on, without washing his hands! He seemed very nervous. He then put the kids bag of donuts, and my coffee on the counter and ran away it seemed like. Please teach your staff about hygiene! My 3 year old saw it and said mommy he did not wash his hands!

got bagel minis and the cream cheese gave me 2 degree burns. not looking to press charges but insane they don’t even tell you it’s hot!! i have bubbles and blisters on my tongue and my fingers from how hot!!!!!

I was just in this location 9-17- at around 3:30 pm and it is like a sauna inside. Its actually cooler outside than in the store. That's ridiculous for customers and workers.

I have been back since and it is fix. Services are always good and fast...

I pulled off the expressway for an important meeting and took a chance on this Dunkin’. Game changer.
From the moment I walked in, the environment set the tone—quiet, warm, and intentional. No blaring music just warm inviting low tone music, no chaos- the Halloween theme was done with focus and attention to detail. Just a clean, focused space where you can actually think, execute, and win your day. I handled my meeting, knocked out extra study time, and left with more momentum than I came in with.
The night crew is ELITE. Niyah was phenomenal—present, attentive, and on point. Reese went next level: she stepped out from behind the counter to personally deliver my iced coffee, made exactly how I like it. That’s the difference between average and world-class—small details done with excellence. And Angie checked in with real kindness, asking if I needed anything else to finish strong.
I came for coffee; I left with Michelin-star service. To Niyah, Reese, and Angie—thank you for raising the standard. You’ve earned a loyal customer. Any time I’ve got meetings in the Pompano Beach area, this is my headquarters.

I really dont appreciate the bad service this morning. You guys messed up my order and tell me to come back around and start over knowing damn well its your fault and there's no way to come back around without busting a mission. Really un called for you to also tell me to not check my bag of food like I dont have some right to check ny purchases. Pls close down and let another business take over that will treat their community better.

Before I made this review, I gave this Dunkin’ location a lot of try but enough is enough,Why the black heavy set lady with the tattoo on her neck is still working there like why why and why??? It’s about customer service, she ain’t got none whatsoever, she will ruin your morning by 6 am with her stinky attitude. Everyone complaining about the same person but she’s still working there, that lady is rude, she doesn’t want to help or if you miss one thing on your order or coffee it’s straight up attitude, taking your payment is attitude, the worst thing is she doesn’t respond to good morning or when you say thank you, no manners at all , making loud comment about the customer issues, like who hired her??? Is she being forced to work inside this location???
The owner of this location needs to go down there and check what’s going on because this is unacceptable towards your customers.

Stopped on the way to the dive boat for a quick breakfast. Coffee was good as always. Donut was not the freshest and had to be from the day before. Service was a little slow to begin with. Took a hot minute for someone to acknowledge I was standing there despite being the only customer inside at the time.

the people who work here are extremely rude and need to be fired, i ordered a latte and the girl at the front was trying to tell me how my order was and getting an attitude sucking her teeth at me all because i told her it wasn’t done right, didn’t receive my donuts nor was my coffee done right no good costumer service and another time i went i told her my drink wasn’t right she didn’t want to remake it she was too busy trying to argue with me, instead of giving me a refund so i told her i was going to call corporate and the manager looked dumbfounded im never returning to this location again do better

I feel like in order to work here you have to be miserable and rude. I tried adding something to my order at the drive through and the person on the intercom said she already started making my order. She was giving me attitude before but when she said that I just decided to leave and go somewhere else. Each time I come here it’s something. I’d rather just go somewhere else and have peace. If the workers don’t like dealing with customers then just work somewhere else. It’s really simple.
