i asked for a bagel with cream cheese with bacon and when she came out with the food it was on a croissant so i went back and said they got my food wrong and i told her what i wanted again then when she gave it to me there was no cream cheese on the sandwich..how u get the order wrong twice ??

I went to the store on 10/16/25 @5:30PM. You had 2 employees. One was on his personal talking to his girl while having his headset on. I ask for a dozen of donuts. There was no glaze... the was barely any options. So I took several old fashion.. whatever you had left. I got home ate an old fashion and it was old and hard. When I try another they were all the same way. I paid for 12 old donuts. I will never spend my money at this location. I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!

Went there today to make an order and number 1 they had absolutely none of what I wanted, no pumpkin munchkins, no pumpkin cold foam, no cereal milk. Number 2 as I proceeded to change my order the person taking the order in drive thru had the worse attitude, you can’t be mad with the customer if you don’t have the product and the order has to be changed! Then the person at the window gives me my order & the coffee is disgusting and wrong. They didn’t put a single drop of cream in my coffee after I ordered extra cream!! Needless to say I will drive an extra mile to go to another Dunkin from here on out! Way to start a Monday right!

I’ve been living around this Dunkin for about six months now and to me is the worst Dunkin in Tamarac, never seen a Dunkin with so much people and such slow service. I use my mobile app as a walk-in and I still have to wait long, I go through the drive-through even worse, best chance to get your food ASAP is through the cashier, coffees never taste the same, and I always get the same one. They need to stop laughing with each other and get to work.

I was here, early in the morning, and hey! hands down, this is the BEST Dunkin’ I’ve been to! and trust me, I’m from Boston, the land of Dunkin’, so I’ve seen plenty! But this one stands out in every way.
First off, their French Cruller donuts are on another level, fresh, soft, and absolutely perfect. And they fixed me up with a cappuccino that hit the spot, smooth and just the way I like it.
But what really blew me away? The customer service. Honestly felt like I walked into a Dior store, not a Dunkin’. The staff here are stellar! welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows.
