Had a mobile order scheduled. It was made close to pickup and not too early. Food is good and they are nice. they gave my work donuts one day after they closed instead of pitching them. Nice people. Bathrooms were out of order. Hopefully they'll be fixed but there are other places nearby.

Why would they even serve this to me? This is the food I got at Dunkin' Donuts! I knew I should’ve gone to the Dunkin' farther away. I should have listened to my gut. Never coming here again. They clearly don’t care at all.

It doesn't matter if they are busy or not!! They always seam to be unorganized and not work as a team. They are all over the place, the cashier only goes to the register when there is a line. The manager took over the drive thru and kept interpreting the employees when he needed something. Not to mention micromanaging, no wonder why no happy faces!! Ordered my meal and they ran out of the coffee to make ice coffee. No worries, she said she would let me know when ready, never did. Plus she had an attitude. Not the first time w an issue!! Plus the hashbrowns were cold and undercooked!! Once again, one of the issues is at the top!! MANAGER open your eyes and look in the mirror. Fix your store (maybe customer service/manager courses will help) Smile ✌️

My drink was disgusting and watered down.. I came for a cookie butter cold brew it was awful if i wish i wasnt on break so i could go back and get a refund never again at this location.

I recently visited this Dunkin donut location and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a coffee with six sugars, but when I received it, there was no sugar at all. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they responded with a dismissive and rude attitude. It was frustrating to deal with poor service on top of the mistake. I hope they can improve both their order accuracy and customer service in the future.
