The place is dirty. Employees are not friendly and do not acknowledge you. They are busy playing around with eachother. Burning food. Giving coffee that was not what ordered. Worst place I've ever been to. Will not go back to this store. Will be telling all my friends and family not to go to this store.

Coffee order is never right. Then they have the audacity to argue with you. Saying that the coffee is done, right. My receipt clearly says cold foam cold brew, oat milk and brown sugar, and neither of that was added to my drink.

They clean the chairs with the broom. I found it unpleasant.
Went in at 6:30, staff tried to hide in back. Waited 2 minutes for someone to appear at front, asked for coffee and they got a massive attitude. Asked what the issue was, they said they were closing at 7. Showed employee that the time was 6:30 and employee said I could only order hot coffee. Left without spending money because I don’t want someone tampering with my food because they are angry they can’t stop working a hour before closing. I will be reporting this location to corporate. BTW, THIS is why Dunkin Donuts is replacing employees with automation.

Very upset at thus point. I bought the $6 meal deal. And gave my 2yr old grandson a portion and I had the other. He ate his amd when I started to eat mine, I noticed the smell was different and strong. After smelling it a bit more I noticed the smell was spoiled I don't know if it was the cheese or the eggs, but I called them to let them know and to make sure they corrected it before they served anyone else. The young lady on the phone told me to call back in 5min cause they had a line to the door😫. Wth, I'm trying to stop yall from serving anyone else this food. Smh, I think I'm done with this location. 3rd incident.
