Update 9/9/25 I ordered from them again wanted to give them another chance I asked for 2 egg and cheese wake up wraps on my uber delivery and these idiots only gave me one

Pulled up to the drive through before 7am and made a big order for 3 dozens donuts and some other small items. After we pulled up to the window, was excepting to be a long wait time. Turns out by the time we pulled up to the window, everything was ready and we were in & out! Great customer service and fresh/fast! Would recommend

Worst Dunkin i have ever been to in my life . Not only did I place my order in the drive thru but again at the window when I recieved my receipt my food was missing. I had to wait while my drink was being made for the worker to come back to the window for me to tell her my food is not right, for the manager to then come and tell me that “I’m holding up her line” and I can go back around if I want something.
To say the least save your morning and go to another Dunkin with nice workers.

I used to go to this DD all the time, since I have changed my route to work, I have stopped. Today I came to revisit. A DISAPPOINTMENT! I had to repeat my order 5 times. when I finally got to the window, they gave me my order except my coffee. The girl at the window said that everything, I said I did not gt my coffee, again had to repeat my coffee order. The attitude was upsetting the Coffee worse, I got to work and tasted like chemicals. I took a few sips and now im in pain in my stomach. I will never go back to this DD. They used to have such a nice staff and I loved going there, last year.
I wish that Dunkin' Donuts ? didn't close at four and stayed open later. I did enjoy their skewers, though. And the coffee ☕️ was delicious!

Before anything, while we were placing our order we felt rushed by Le’Quanisha. Had to tell her “one second” and “hold on” multiple times. I ordered an iced macchiato and she gave me a hot one and she got really upset at me saying I ordered a hot one. Getting all her coworkers to back her up “she said hot right” and making me feel really bad. Maybe I even forgot to say the iced part, but I definitely didn’t say hot! Either way, the way she reacted with hostility was not warranted. I even offered to pay for a new one because I just wanted an iced drink and didn’t care who said what but they were SO pressed for no reason ? she even got her supervisor and then made my iced drink incorrectly too :/ Also we were the only ones there it was not busy! I used to be a barista and this miscommunication would happen ALL the time it’s not a big deal at all. Imagine being bad at working at Dunkin’ Donuts :)
