Incredibly warm and welcoming. My family and I were craving a sugar rush and the family that owns the Dunkin' opened their doors past closing time. The place was clean and smelled of sugar and glazed frosting. Oh, and the flowers outside were beautiful, as well! Thankful for good people in this world.

I came in, ordered a coffee, a donut and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. After I paid, I checked on my dog, then came back in, my donut was bagged. A gentleman came in after me, he was a delivery driver. He placed his order, then my coffee came up moments later. Then I sat, for over 10 minutes, waiting for my sandwich. At the 13 minute mark, I wandered over to the grill/pickup area, and found the young lady and the cook were both busy working on the delivery gentleman's order. Only after she bagged his delivery up, did she finish making my now lukewarm sandwich. As I was already there over 15 minutes, I just left. I was pretty irritated. I can only assume she was working the delivery guy for a tip. I had tipped a dollar, then felt very cheated and disrespected.I think the young lady requires additional training ...

The old man needs to retire or learn the menu. I ordered the menu item Caramel Crème Frozen Coffee and he was so confused. I gave up on getting what I asked for. Don’t come to this location. Bizarre standards.

I come here for my hot chocolate and donuts every morning now that I work on this side of town and the line is never long, customer service is great. The owner was walking people out to their cars with an umbrella today. Very respectful employees.

This place is terrible!! Terrible service especially to the elderly. They give you regular coffee when you ask for decaf, so many old outdated things in this dunkin. I will never return. Discrimination at its finest.. talk behind your back in hindi so you don't know what they are saying. Just the worse.

I ordered avacado toast today and the bacon pieces were burnt!! I asked for them to take it off and replace, I thought maybe I just got a bad piece, but they showed me a whole container of this bacon and most of it was burnt pieces. I was told they don’t have time by the lady that’s Preparing. This is a nice clean efficient store, but I should not have to eat burnt bacon on Avacado toast.
