I waited 6 mins till my order got taken!! I waited 11 mins for my iced coffee to be made remind u it's a black iced coffee 3 other customer whom was after me got there's. The manager telling the 2 kids to help front but Noone making our coffees it's not right drive thru kept getting served faster then the front. The manager needs to do better

Love the morning Crew Andreaka and Angelia are a great way to start my day. Excellent Service always!!!! Only problem with this location it feels like the North Pole when wanting to sit and eat. But we love the crew so it makes it worthwhile......keep up thr great teamwork.

I went through the drive thru & had to send my croissant back 3 times because daphane kept putting a log of butter on it. The first time they wiped it off & gave me the same soggy butter sandwich i previously complained about. They ask me to pull up in the handicap spot so they could bring me another. I waited 10 minutes & no one ever came out so I had to go inside & REMIND them that I needed my sandwich remade. I was greeted with a poor attitude & AGAIN my crossaint was drenched in butter literally slapped on the bread not spread or anything. I sent it back again & the attitude worsened. Not 1 apology was given from none of the 4 workers present. As if I was the problem. Also nothing was stocked on the inside & the store was DIRTY. I come here every morning during the week & never experienced this treatment. If the store wasn’t DISGUSTING on the inside I’d return when the workers I’m used to seeing are there but after seeing the inside I will never return to this location.
Do not go to this location they have not customer service at all, I was waiting for about 20 minutes for one coffee and they get mad at you because they did not do their job.

Most places are pretty good. Sometimes the audio is not good and the orders are wrong.
Ordered online for pickup about 10 minutes prior to getting there. I get there & the coffee is ready but waited over 5 minutes for my food. After asking 2 of the workers if the other half of my order was ready they both said it’s coming. My bag of food was behind the counter the whole time ready before I even got there they didn’t bother putting it with my coffee. Customers service at this location sucks!

I just ordered a Large cold brew with specific stuff (hazel shots, caramel swirls, Splenda, almond milk etc.) and they only gave me just a cold brew with cold foam and none of what I ordered… the food was fine but it was only after the fact when I drove off and realized.
