Got a cold brew with cold foam no proper top so I can sip my coffee with the foam. Had to drink thru a straw which kind defeats the purpose.Had to ask for 3 different donuts before they had one my daughter didn't really want but dealt with cause I ordered on the app and there was no way to get a refund. Donuts tasted stale. This was at 2pm. Says they are open till 7pm so for another 5 hours, but I'm assuming they do not get fresh donuts delivered. Seems like they get donuts in the morning and they sit until they are all gone. First and last time going here. Only came here cause I was dropping my daughter to an interview around the corner.

Got an Uber order and the flavoring was substituted with something else and I don’t know what the new flavoring is can’t even contact them to ask because the phone is disconnected to make sure it doesn’t interfere with any allergies.

2250 W Sample Rd 33073Has a non working number listed. I visit here 5 days a week, because it's on my way to work. They eyeball the amount of espresso they pour into the latte, it's not a measured amount. So super sweet one day & very bitter the next. They just hand you whatever at the window. Nothing is labeled. Today I ordered my usual latter and received a regular coffee with creamer no sugar. The price difference is significant. Do not ever order hash browns they are not crispy instead they are sopping in grease. Too many young kids working there who make mistakes. The eyerolls I get from them is hysterical. They make a mistake and I am wrong about complaining! Oh yeah, they share the same spoon for everything! God forbid you're allergic to something!
