Stopped in to store 2042 and had a fabulous experience. From the moment we walked in Lude greeted us with a big smile and patiently helped us and then another staff member Miracle made our visit special. The only surprise was a $ 33.00 dollar check for a hotdog 🌭 a small burger, fries, ice tea and a chocolate shake. Seemed a little over priced.

Miracle is always very gracious and very conscientious to my wife's celiac disease. She always makes sure to let everyone know they need to change their gloves and no cross contact. She takes a lot of Pride in what she does and makes our visit so much better. Five Guys is lucky to have someone like her. Great job Miracle and thank you for keeping my wife's meal safe!

Service now is really bad, you have to wait over 30 minutes for a single burger, you order at the register and you go get your food from the counter but if you dont tip 20% you can add extra 20 minutes to the wait

The service was great, and the food (as always) hit the spot. What really made this visit special was the atmosphere, thanks to a little local legend: Gary the Squirrel 🐿️ Local celebrity ✨ Peanut enthusiast 🥜 Five Guys’ unofficial mascot 😁 He’s cracked the code: charm the humans, secure the goods.
Gary wasn’t a distraction or a nuisance at all. He didn’t beg or bother anyone. He was just doing his thing...posing, being adorable, and spreading smiles outside the door. His presence honestly made the experience more fun and memorable. It’s little moments like that which give a place character.
If you spot Gary, be kind to him, maybe offer him a nut or two 🥜

Your burgers are fantastic! I was just thinking it would be awesome if you sold beer – they go so well together. Also, the music was quite loud when I was there.
Five Guys never disappoints me. Their burgers and fries are simply amazing. I always order a double with cheese, bacon ,jalapenos, grilled onions and mushrooms.
