The food was delicious. The server wasn't very nice and the place was too chilly but the food is definitely the best. Best pancakes in the world.

Hey everyone,
I am disappointed with my recent order. I ordered strawberries and banana pancakes but received regular pancakes instead. My scheduled pick-up time was 9:39 AM, but I didn't get my food until 9:49 AM.
Not only was my order late, but the lady at the front desk barely acknowledged me and avoided speaking to me until she had helped the customers waiting to dine in. I also noticed her being rude to her coworkers, criticizing them for being slow, which contributed to the unpleasant atmosphere.
I cannot recommend this location. There are much better IHOPs out there, such as the one in Pompano Citi Plaza.

Restaurant is very run down not clean at all. Food use to taste much better years ago. Always smells like burnt food when entering restaurant. Bacon soggy, potatoes taste old not fresh. Seems as though everything was reheated from a microwave.

We’ve eaten here before with no problems, but when we came today, we stood by the front waiting for someone to seat us, there was no one there. We waited more than 5 min and then two guys came out from the back, not wearing any uniforms or anything that identified them as employees. The one guy asked if we came to eat…yes that is why we were there. Weird. So then he turns around to tell someone else in the back that there’s people out there. We left. It was really very sketchy. Besides that, everything looked dirty, tables not bussed, the food pass through window area had food all over it, super messy. No wonder there wasn’t anyone trying to eat there. Yikes

Well the two things that disappointed me one they don't have grits and two they didn't have the milkshake machine running when I went there other than that it was it was all right..
No egg whites. No chocolate milkshakes. No French toast.

The food was great, and it arrived quickly. Our server Carlene was the only one in the restaurant at the time, but she still took time to check in with us every few minutes to make sure we are good. Thank you for such a great experience Carlene!

I usually have a decent experience, However I ordered online , I arrived a few mins prior to the order ready time (I didn’t expect to have it early) , my food was just sitting in the window open . I received the food later than the pick up time and the food is cold I had to basically get home and recook the food , I live 2 mins away which isn’t a long drive . It’s just upsetting that the food is sitting there open and once I receive it it’s cold and I have to re cook it , kind of defeats the purpose of ordering takeout . Smh
