I visited for a breakfast of eggs and pancakes at about 9:45. Service was polite and attentive, and given the full carafe of coffee on the table constant attention isn't really needed. NONE of the food was served hot. The eggs, while tasty, were just on the side of being warm before turning cold; the pancakes were slightly warm, insufficient to melt the frozen ice-cold SMALL blurb of butter that they give you; the butter would not melt on top of the pancakes. IHOP really should be serving hot food!!! I rated this place average and not poor because IHOP isn't the only restaurant where food-service quality has degraded; it seems customers accept poor food temp as a given; customers should vote by using their feet and not use restaurants that serve coldish or room temp foods.

Just had an amazing breakfast at IHOP on W Sample Rd! The pancakes were fluffy and delish, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Loved the cozy vibe—definitely a great spot for family brunches! 🥞✨

I been going to ihap for many years. I came to this I hope around noon I never gat the coffee until waiting for more than half hour,never give my fork or spoon I want my self to get it I hat my order after one hour with bacon 🥓 but I didn't order bacon plus my wife order was missing waiter never come to ask if we need anything. It was big mistake to come to this location Never come again

Victor Panero was absolutely amazing. He was so funny and very mindful of what we needed. The food was pretty good but he definitely made the trip so worth it ❤️

It took nearly 10 min to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. Then after waiting an hour we were told our server was also our cook and there would be an additional long wait and we could wait or we could leave. We felt we were discriminated against and essentially being refused to be served. (People who came in after us had been served). Should be a - 10 stars.

I’m very disturbed how victor in the front was so weird and rude to me and my family ! HE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIS ACTIONS!! HE IS VERY IGNORANT AND WE DIDNT DESERVE THAT TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE ALSO WANTED US TO GROWL AT OTHER CUSTOMER SO THAT THEY WOULDN’T COME INSIDE TO EAT ! DONT FIRE HIM BUT HAVE HIM IN THE KICTEN INSTEAD !
