I visited for a breakfast of eggs and pancakes at about 9:45. Service was polite and attentive, and given the full carafe of coffee on the table constant attention isn't really needed. NONE of the food was served hot. The eggs, while tasty, were just on the side of being warm before turning cold; the pancakes were slightly warm, insufficient to melt the frozen ice-cold SMALL blurb of butter that they give you; the butter would not melt on top of the pancakes. Just had an amazing breakfast at IHOP on W Sample Rd! The pancakes were fluffy and delish, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Loved the cozy vibe—definitely a great spot for family brunches! 🥞✨

Our waitress was amazing from start to finish. Super friendly, attentive, and quick with everything we needed. She checked on us often without being overbearing, kept our drinks full, and made sure our order was perfect. You can really tell she cares about her customers.
