My order is clearly not what i asked for. Horrible i ordered via uber eats specifically indicated my order preferences and they did what they wanted to do which is consistent with my past experience there. They dont answer the phone and the customer service is not considerate of the customers.
Everything was VERY BAD, BAD SERVICE, BAD FOOD. IS THE WORSE IHOP I VISIT ? NO RECOMEND! NO LOST YOUR TIME HERE!

I placed my order online and it still wasn't ready when I arrived 20 minutes later. Disorganized and chaotic scene. Very busy placed, take your patience when going there. My food was good.

This is the worst Ihop ever! Do Not waste your time … the workers can care less…..the service sucks !!
"I recently visited IHOP, and my experience was extremely disappointing due to the poor service. From the moment we walked in, we were ignored by the staff and waited over 20 minutes just to be seated. Once we finally sat down, it took another 30 minutes for a server to acknowledge us and take our order.
When the food finally arrived, it was cold and looked like it had been sitting out for a while. Our server was nowhere to be found when we needed refills or to address the food quality, and we had to flag down another staff member multiple times. The entire experience felt chaotic and disorganized, and it seemed like the staff didn't care about providing good service. I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied, and I doubt I will be returning anytime soon."

Had me waiting an hour for my UberEats order just to tell me to cancel it. If you knew you couldn't fulfill the order they why bother accept it. Instead the customer should inccur a potential late fee as if it were the customers fault.

Worse service!??
He took us to our booth were we patiently waited for quite some time to be acknowledged by ERIN,the waitress,who never approached us or greeted us…nothing.However she kept on passing by us taking care of three customers that arrived AFTER we were sitted,she took their orders and SOCIALIZED with those THREE new costumers,ERIN decided to totally ignore us the whole time,the funny part is that she had to go by our booth area to tend her sección..again completely ignoring the fact we arrived there first than those other three costumers.What was that?..??Finally this guy BARRIE approached our booth and asked us if we were served,we said No and explained what was going on…to have to hear his lecture,raising his voice…uncalled for,nasty actitud…What’s wrong with these employees? It seems to me they feel confident enough to talk to your patrons however they like and to simply NOT SERVICE THEM..We were respectful and reasonable ,had lots of patience considering all the time we waited for someone to show up… and being ignored.??
We are so regretful we stayed there..you didn’t deserve our business…

August 25th between 10:30am and 11:00am, I ordered a to-go meal from IHOP and was thoroughly disappointed by both the customer service and the food quality. When I arrived to pick up my order, the host was incredibly dismissive and seemed uninterested in helping. There was no greeting, just a quick "What's your name?" with barely any eye contact. When I asked a simple question about the status of my order, the host seemed irritated and responded with a rude tone, making the entire interaction uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, when I got home, the food was cold and clearly overcooked. My pancakes were burnt on the edges, and the smoked sausage was so burnt that it was unrecognizable. For a place known for breakfast food, this was beyond disappointing.
Overall, the combination of poor customer service and subpar food made for a frustrating experience. I expected much better from IHOP and will think twice before ordering from this location again.

I have never seen this before, the workers had inappropriate clothing and when we were leaving we saw a person sleeping on one of the tables.

Stopped by for a pancake lunch for my kids after their Meet and Great at their new school. The food was taking a long time to come, so I went the the front to check for crayons and coloring paper. Usually, these are offered when you walk in with kiddo Nobody was there. I thought they might be short staffed and didn’t want to cause anyone extra work…so I took a few crayons and looked for paper. I got simultaneously yelled at from across the restaurant by 2 different waiters (not mine who had been nice and was a n the back at the time) that I couldn’t be back there. I couldn’t believe they were yelling as I was getting crayons, so I held the crayons up with a smile and likely shock on my face and they yelled louder. I put the crayons back down, walked back to the booth, got my kids and we left without even seeing our food which had still not come.
Terrible customer service. Avoid this place.

I'm giving this a five star only because the kid who did my take out order was the bomb it was so busy there and it was only him and one other gentleman serving tables and even though my order took forever to place and get, he gave me a great suggestion, because I didn't wanna spend that much money so he suggested I get the a la cart (or however you say it) and it was the same thing just cheaper. Little things like that matter to me!
