No silverware, we had to ask for them, our server was great no problems there, i asked for eggs over medium and the outside was over done and runny whites in middle, bacon wasn't crispy enough for me, and my husband's eggs Benedicts was comparable to a hard boiled egg, it was my birthday, i didn't have my birthday reward readily available on the app so i skipped that, but our server was nice enough to sing happy birthday and brought me a chocolate sundae, if we weren't in a hurry to get to the airport we might have complained but we didn't have time for that.

I came here for breakfast, the service started off really well we were quickly taken to our table, but then it kind of just stopped, they were very slow with taking our order, the food took so long to come and they were not very attentive during our visit, however the food was good and it was a great value for money.

Absolutely awful service. Waited 20 minutes to wait just to put our name on the list. We watched someone walk over to a server hug them and cut the line of the people waiting because the server had the group sit in their section. Extremely unprofessional and rude to those who have been waiting. I’m assuming the man who was the manager was not very nice and didn’t even try to correct the situation. There were at least 8 empty tables that I counted and it didn’t seem like they were short staffed. Just weren’t sitting people. This is a poorly managed store.

I eat there a lot since there aren't many breakfast places left. Lately, we've been getting the Rootie Tootie. . .2 pancakes, 2 eggs and bacon... reasonably priced and average breakfast. We got to know most servers. They try really hard to keep up but this location is always soooo packed. Not enough servers and help for the volume.Parking: Enough parking spots since it's right by the mallKid-friendliness: Yes... they also have highchairWheelchair accessibility: Yes, they have a wheel chair ramp
