I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

I’m not sure what kind of wings these were but with every bite comes another layer of mush somewhere. Sometimes as deep as the bone, sometimes in the breading, sometimes on the chicken meat. I could see it and pick it apart. It’s not meat, I have no idea what it is. The closest thing I could think to compare it to is like silicone implants. It’s as if the chicken was injected to make it look bigger and the silicone was mixed in with what’s supposed to be the meat. That was a terrible experience. I haven’t had Chili’s in a while but I won’t be having Chili’s for another good while and I will NEVER have Chili’s from this location EVER AGAIN.

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Don’t do it. I’m completely repulsed by this place. I ordered a 16 piece wing. More than half was ‘lemon pepper’ but there was almost no seasoning AND THREE WINGS LOOKED LIKE SOMEBODY HAD TAKEN A BITE AND THREW THE WING BACK IN THE FRIER then plated my Togo order!!! The habanero mango is perfect. And then when I opened my cheesecake IT HAD ACTUAL HUMAN FINGERPRINTS ALL OVER IT! This place is vile. If you get sick after eating here you’ll know why!

The food is to die for(metaphorically speaking) wings taste fresh and cooked. The sauce house bbq and chipotle very good combo. Fries puts the big boys of the fast food game to shame. If you're in the neighborhood of this restaurant than welcome
I ordered an 8 piece with fries, the wings are slimy on the inside. I eat chicken a lot, and I cannot explain how wierd the wings were. I am hoping to God I do not get food poisoning. Like when I say my finger was covered in slime I am being honest. I rarely leave reviews. 5/24/23 Edit I went to the link you sent and it is for frequently asked questions....

I ordered 22 wings and fries. Everything showed up soggy, cold and awful. I was fortunate to get a refund through UberEATS, because when I tried calling the restaurant, no one picked up the phone. Very disappointing
