The food is to die for(metaphorically speaking) wings taste fresh and cooked. The sauce house bbq and chipotle very good combo. Fries puts the big boys of the fast food game to shame. If you're in the neighborhood of this restaurant than welcome

I ordered an 8 piece with fries, the wings are slimy on the inside. I eat chicken a lot, and I cannot explain how wierd the wings were. I am hoping to God I do not get food poisoning. Like when I say my finger was covered in slime I am being honest. I rarely leave reviews. 5/24/23 Edit I went to the link you sent and it is for frequently asked questions....

I ordered 22 wings and fries. Everything showed up soggy, cold and awful. I was fortunate to get a refund through UberEATS, because when I tried calling the restaurant, no one picked up the phone. Very disappointing

I love this place so I'm sad I have to change my review from 5 stars to 3, but after having eaten here a few times, I'm starting to see a major issue. The amount of sauce put on the wings is so inconsistent. One day I'll have wings absolutely drenched in sauce, the next there's barely a squirt of anything. In fact last night I ordered and they just didn't put any sauce on. Not even a drop. This place would be PERFECT if they took any action to fix this ONE major issue.
Wings were ok but just ok, not good and we would not repeat.- Wings were dry, basically no sauce on them. It looked like they were sprayed with 1 squirt from a perfume bottle of sauce if anything at all and then even that was wiped off before they were placed in the box.- The smoked wings were NOT smoked at all. They were no different from the regular order we had.- we ordered 2 orders, 1 smoked with medium buffalo flavor and the other regular with medium buffalo flavor to see the difference. There was zero difference.- No ranch was included or given with either order even though it says it is supposed to come as a standard.- Fries were soggy.- 8 other sauces ordered were all loose in the bag in small cups. 5 of them were not even half full let alone full. 2 of them were less than 1/4 full.- asked for large container to put the sauces in and was given a small container by the server helping/ignoring me with a mask on but under her chin as she was more interested in her phone than helping me. She saw me struggling as the sauces would not fit but didn't offer any help.- I was told by the manager I could only order through door dash and was not allowed to pick up our order myself although I ordered as pick up and did end up picking it up myself.- need to offer options like, regular, wet, X-wet etc..
