i love jersey mikes but this location just hits different ! it’s always clean, always cool inside which is important becuz it’s 100 degrees out! their manager Alexis Pine is so personable , always smiling and has the most beautiful blue eyes! thank you for the great subs, great service and great smiles.

I must have ordered from this place over fifty times and it's always been Great.
Their Italian and Famous Philly subs are over the top. That was until the other night.
I ordered a Giant Mike's Famous Philly as usual but this one totally sucked. The meat had a sweet bbq taste to it. But an old taste like it's been sitting out all day and the onions were stringy. I only ate half and tossed the other half.
The sub came with a free Turkey and Provolone which I threw in the fridge for the next day. When I opened it the sandwich was just sludge and soaking wet. I ended up tossing that too.
I hope Jersey Mike's isn't going down the tubes. That would be such a shame. They're the best sub shop as far as I'm concerned... ot at least they were.
I'm gonna give them one more shot.

This is how this issue wasn't resolved...
Owner reached out to me and offered a replacement sub for the nasty one. I accepted and informed him my nephew would pick it up for me around 6 pm. He said no problem and would inform the store personnel. My nephew called me around 6:30 and told me he was on his way to Jersey Mike's. I said Great I'll call them to have the sub ready. When I called no one had any idea what I was talking about. Even the manager. I called the owner himself but he didn't answer so I called my nephew and told him not to bother continuing the trip because they have nothing for us. I then emailed the owner and the next day he responded did you call the right store?
Let me figure out what happened.
He then responded and apologized again saying he figured out what happened. It was a lack of communication. He said if I gave him all my contact info and address he would have the store manager call me and personally deliver a sub to my house.
I didn't want to do that so I declined.
This issue is now unresolved and my nephew is laughing at me because I'm subless. The only possible resolution now would be a sub for each of us.
My take on this entire matter is that DEI has invaded Jersey Mike's and they lost a great customer.

I went to this location on Wednesday afternoon about 5:15pm The excellent customer service that I received at this location was above and beyond. There were 2 young men named Michael and a young lady (I can’t remember her name). They were such a joy to talk to.

I was given a gift card from this place. I was really surprised to be greeted with happy friendly employees. The sandwich reminded me of back home. I like that they cut the cold cuts fresh to order what a difference it makes in the taste of the sandwich. The giant is a nice size can't complain about price well worth it.This will now be my place for sandwiches.

We come here often ... Alot. The store is always clean. The employees are so much friendly. They see us come and they remember our order. Our food is always perfect. I love seeing the employee grow and become leads and mangers.

They served everyone except me. Had me waiting 30 minutes....and I had to remind them to make my sandwich. They served all the white people after me though. This is a racist and complacent establishment and I will not be going back.

Excellent service! Ordered ahead and was told my sandwich went out to someone else. Got a delicious freshly made Turkey and Provolone in 3 minutes and a sofa for my trouble. I love this location, and the subs are my favorite!

We visited Jersey Mike's at 2350 North Federal Hwy, Pompano. A great experience. The food was excellent, service great, and we were very impressed at the cleanliness. We watched one of the employees take the initiative to clean the door windows. Nice to see they care about the establishment!

During our visit to Jersey Mike's Subs, we were impressed by the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The bread was soft and perfectly baked, while the deli meats were sliced right in front of us, adding to the authenticity of the experience. The sandwich customization options were great, allowing us to add just the right toppings. The staff was friendly and efficient, which made the ordering process smooth despite it being a bit busy. I go out of my way to come to this particular restaurant, as the team members are always kind and helpful. The service is fast and food is fresh. Truly the atmosphere is great thanks to the team members.

Can’t even give me the right bread. It’s like the easiest thing to not mess up. Especially when I order a sub as it comes. So literally the only thing I had to choose they mess up.
