Key West Cuban Cowboy Cafe

The experience was fine, I think I was expecting more based on the previous reviews. It is just better food than a normal gas station. The coffee was good, not great, personally a little too sweet for me. The food was better than gas station food but definitely not the best Cuban/key west food I’ve had. There are better hole in the wall places for good Cuban/key west food. The staff were very sweet and professional.

I recently had a Cuban breakfast at and it was a complete disappointment. The meal was horribly overpriced for what was served. The food itself was bland and unappetizing. The eggs were overcooked, the toast was stale, and the supposed "authentic" Cuban flavors were nowhere to be found. It was a joke of a meal and a waste of money. I do not recommend this place at all.

Stopped by to get a quick cafe con leche or so I thought. Waited over 15 mins with no acknowledgement so I left. I guess person behind counter could use some help. Seriously, I was the second person still standing there at 8:30 a.m. so it's not like they were packed with costumers. ??

This place has gone completely downhill. The food is nothing like it was. The coffee is trash now and you have to wait an hour and a half to even drink it. I don’t know what these people are trying to do by maintaining my name that was actually good, but they’re completely destroying it now, take my advice save the money and go somewhere else. Plus, the lady totally overcharged me when I asked how much it was and then went to look at the price on the actual menu and found out it was different. Don’t know if that’s because I don’t speak Spanish or not but that’s a pretty big turn off I’m surprised that they try to take advantage of people like that too, but it wasn’t always like that when Chris and Jamie were there it was actually a great place

Delicious empanadas. Beef and chicken were both so tasty! Seasoned well, moist, crunchy. Little gem here...please visit! You won't regret it!
