We asked for two 3 piece Big Box Meals with two breasts and a wing and instead we got thighs and drumsticks. Really upsetting to open the sealed bag to the something you don’t eat and did not ordered or paid for. We order to thus specific restaurant often so I Don’t know what we will do after this. Very dissapointed.

It was a daylight robbery, for measly 12 small...small.... small pieces of chicken they charged me $17.00. I will stick to Publix fried chicken which feeds at least 3 people for that amount. Never KFC again ever.

I’ve noticed a big drop in quality on Sundays compared to the rest of the week. Potato 0 – soggy and hard at the same time, served lukewarm. Hot & Spicy Chicken 0 – not fresh, also lukewarm. Chicken (Combo): not fresh, served lukewarm. Macaroni & Cheese: not fresh, lukewarm, with hard cheese. During the week, the food is much better, but Sundays consistently fall short.
