I stopped at the KFC in Pompano and was really impressed! The food was fresh, hot, and tasty — just the way it should be. The store was very clean, which made the experience even better. Best of all, the employees were super friendly and welcoming, and you could tell they made the effort to keep the food fresh. Great service, great atmosphere, and overall an excellent visit. I’m not a fan of writing bad reviews for a business but this location is so mismanaged maybe corporate will read this and do something. We attempted to use the app three times and all three times when we got there there was no chicken left. They aren’t able to Rudy d and it becomes an ordeal to either call the 800 number or place a dispute. This last visit was the last straw. After ordering in person at the window, and paying for it by the time we drove to the next window they once again had no chicken. At least this time they were able to refund the order since it was done in person. Not sure why they have such a difficult time, but we’ve had enough. The Colonel at Kentucky Fried wouldn’t approve.

What l don't understand is that you get giant breasts and thighs. Yet you get pigeon legs and wings. They're so small that you can hardly distinguish them ..
I had the grilled chicken and I think shoe leather would have been less tough. I could barely swallow the chicken. Way too dry. The customer service was excellent.

I had a terrible experience at KFC recently. When I walked in, it was clear the staff was completely overwhelmed. There was a long line, and the workers looked stressed and disorganized. Despite waiting for quite a while, I never got any acknowledgment or updates on the wait time. When I tried to ask a question, the staff was rude and dismissive, acting as though customers were more of a burden than anything else.
After standing around for too long without any progress or a simple apology, I decided to leave without even ordering. The lack of customer service and basic courtesy was incredibly disappointing. I won't be going back anytime soon.

I went to this location recently and started off at the drive through. I repeated my order back twice got to the window and the order was wrong so I decided to go inside. I went inside and again repeated my order the young lady still manages to get it wrong. At this point manger steps in and say if the order has to be corrected again I have to then pay an additional fee. Why should the customer have to pay for the employees f’up. Especially, since I repeated the order 4 times. At least when you go to McDonalds they ask if the order is correct before paying smh. I wouldn’t be shocked if this location closes after this year just horrible or just needs to clean out the staff completely. And also, be careful paying with a card because the time before I paid via debt card the young man kept my card when I came back for it he was coming from the restroom with it so I immediately called the bank for a new card because that was very questionable.

Ordered 2 meals and pulled up to pay, the cashier asked if we had ordered meals, we said yes correct. Cashier physically took my bank card off me, which I thought was odd, she then took the card inside the store and wandered off for a while then came back and handed us the bag of food.I asked for the bank card back she just looked at us. We asked for the bank card back again and she said ‘my bad’ and handed us the card. It felt odd and like she expected us to drive off leaving the card. We drove the 1 min home to find the fries were missing, the burger was cold, dry and tough as old leather. Gravy like water.. WONT BE GOING BACK and WATCH YOUR BANK CARDSKFC (Keep ya Fried Cardboard)
