Classic kilwins ice cream and desserts here! Staff however brings this review down to 3 stars. Did not have a friendly encounter with the staff member.
Breydi, Niki and Rob were all super helpful. They not only answered all my question about all the delicious things the stored offered but gave me ideas of places to try and check out in the area since I was just visiting the area.
This is a good spot I recommend. Liked the ambience, service was good. Food was very nice. I ordered fish n chips , an appetizer of cheese curds. All perfect. Fries were really good.

I can’t get enough of all the options and I know they have great ice cream. However I’m lactose intolerant and I can have the fudge and buckeyes they make and that always hits the spot.
The dark chocolate carmel apple is amazing! Service is great too!
If only the customer were as polite as the employees however that cannot be a determinant to celebrating the great service we received from Kilwin’s employee, Luke. In my experience great service is always the case at every Kilwins location, and especially this one. . Clean and tidy as always. While checking out and paying for our ice cream, in the friendliest upsell of my entire life, Luke upsold us from one piece of fudge to three. Luke should be commended on his kindness, his patience and his sales techniques. Great job. We’ll be back.
