La Granja on Sample road and andrews is great, staff is friendly and only speaks spanish so be patient with them . I speak fluent spanish and english and the cashier couldnt understand me at all and had to get manager to answer a simple question about the chicken I wanted to order , they both struggled with my simple question of the chicken sandwhich i was ordering. Seems like they are hiring completely illiterate people because i was speaking to them in spanish and neither person understood a very simple question about their food. Dont know why they hire illiterate people to do a job that requires understanding basic language skills in any language and interactions with customers. I am an immigrant and had to learn english and spanish from my home country.and im proud to say im not illiterate

I should’ve read the reviews before coming to this location. I ordered a half chicken white meat , double rice no beans. They gave me 1 white meat and 1 dark meat. The chicken and rice was very BLAND & the chicken did not taste fresh at all. The sauces were horrible. Omg. Horrible.

I'm totally frustrated at this point I feel like they play a lot of games that the cashier I dealt with took my money off my card told me that she was putting it back on then acted like she couldn't speak English now it's been 5 days and I talked to my bank and they said they still have yet to try to turn around and refund me my $40 it's not the money it's the point the frustration and a headache and the way everything went is very very unprofessional .

If you've never eaten at a La Granja, It's pre-prepared Latin food, but that just means you don't have to wait a long time I have been to at least 4 different locations between Palm Beach and Miami, Prices are fair, Servings are plentiful, in this location service was good, I will be back
