My experience with La Paella Chef was spectacular! To begin with, communication was excellent! Dana was patient with me and very cordial with all my concerns and questions. With his long experience he even recommended an excellent bar tender and flamenco musician and dancer to celebrate my party. The chef and the assistant who came to my party were the best! Punctual, very professional and kind to all the guests. And the best of all is that my husband and I make paellas and when we go to parties we get discouraged with paellas because they are not authentic, but when we tried Chef Paella at my party, we were fascinated, all my guests came back and were delighted too. . It is the only Paella in the United States that we have eaten that is 100% authentic and delicious! 100% highly recommended!!

We hired Chef Dana for my 60th Birthday party and the entire experience form start to finish was a total pleasure. Chef Dana was professional, great to deal with and even attended to details while away on vacation.
For our party, we had Chef Katy and her assistant who were professional and a pleasure to deal with. We chose the Paella mixta with chicken and it was a hit. Rice cooked to perfection with a ton of seafood. Everyone raved about the paella. Included was a green salad and bread, both yummy. As a promotion we got to try her Tortilla Espanola and that too was delicious and authentic.
Chef Katy was right on time, no fuss setting up and dinner was served on time. The team is self contained and clean up was quick and efficient.
I would totally recommend La Paella Chef and would not hesitate to use their services again. Thank you Chef Dana, Chef Katy and team!
