I was going n the mood for Colombian breakfast today and went to Cali restaurant and loved my arepa and hue is pericos . Arepa was crunching and buttery and the cheese on top completes it . The cofre delicious and service so good ! Coming back for sure

I recently visited Cali restaurant and bakery and was left quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered a breakfast that included steak and another item, and for a total of $17, I expected much more than what I received. The steak was incredibly thin—almost more like a garnish than a proper serving. I couldn’t believe how overpriced it was for such a small portion.
To make matters worse, the service was far from satisfactory. The staff seemed unenthusiastic and inattentive, which only added to my overall frustration. Paying a premium price for a lackluster meal and poor service is unacceptable.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.There are certainly better options out there where you can enjoy a more reasonable price and much better service. Save your money and look elsewhere!

The food in this place is like being in Cali, literally. The valluna platter is wonderful. Marranita, aborrajado, papa rellena those are feel like Home, like Cali. The service and attention are wonderful. The borojo juice, the campus are unforgettable.

It's a clean Cozy restaurant, for breakfast lunch or dinner with friends or family. For appetizers they have marranitas ,empanadas, champo, mazamorra yummy 😋

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant — not because of the food, but because of how I was treated. I ordered juice and chicharrón and sat down politely, but the staff made it very clear I wasn’t welcome because I didn’t order a full meal. They told me they would “let it slide this time” but next time I wouldn’t be allowed to sit. As if that wasn’t enough, they charged me $10 just for using four plastic utensils — something I’ve never seen in any other establishment.

The tone was rude, uninviting, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. I came here with every intention of returning in the future, but after this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Hospitality is about more than just food — it’s about respect. And unfortunately, that was missing here.

I was excited to visit this because it was one of my recommendations. Unfortunately the excitement didn't match the experience. I ordered the Bandeja Paisa and asked to please replace the rice and beans with salad because I don't eat rice. I got the food after 30 minutes or more and they gave it to me with the rice and beans. I patiently removed the rice out of my plate not only did I never get the salad but the meat was ice cold and taste like nothing the pork had no taste or seasoning at all as well! I had to leave the food because nothing was tasteful and I never even got what I asked for. I ordered a side of plantains and it was pure oil 🤢 After talking to the waitress she gave me a coconut small desert to help get the nasty taste off my mouth and told me she would have the owner stop by my table to talk to me ... Never came. Worst experience ever. Would not recommend. Oh and they removed my untouched food off the bill but still charged me the oil filled plantains that I barely touched as well

I love the Carne asada it was good the meat was on point.

This was a wonderful find... I came in for some empanadas and was wowed by how nice this little place was. The staff was incredibly pleasant and the empanadas and pan de bono were delicious. I will be stopping by again shortly.

I had to lower the service rating, after a VERY bad experience with an order for December 24.

Despite having booked two weeks before and having paid half of the order, they left us without dinner for the 24th!!

That they have not fulfilled the reservation, due to forgetfulness or inefficiency, could be understood, but they made it worse.!!!

Since we had to pick up our order, we opted to have lunch here on the 24th and in the process pay the surplus and pick up our dinner.

That's how it was, we had lunch, we PAID the outstanding balance for dinner and they told us to wait a little because they had it in the oven (?l)

So far so good, being patient and assuming it was a matter of a few minutes, however more than half an hour passed and they insisted that it was in the oven.

Finally a waitress comes... (Not even the manager showed his face!!!) to say that they only had two portions of the four that we had already paid for. If we wanted, they would give us other types of food to complete.☹️
And he gives us two portions of COLD food!!!
We are decent people and we avoid giving our visitors a hard time, so we accepted those two portions, they returned the balance we just paid and we didn't have Christmas dinner.

If only they had told us that the order was not there, they would return the money and that's it... but why make such a show... wait, it's coming... what's in the oven?

Lack of respect, zero customer service. A manager who does not have the character to assume his responsibility... A situation in very bad taste. Apart from causing us to waste time waiting for something that they knew they didn't have.

I insist that there is a lack of respect!!!, very unfortunate because this is the easiest way to end the good image I had of this Colombian restaurant.☹️

Recommended sancocho. Homemade food flavour. Good service and nice atmosphere.
