they don't know how to make a burger medium. it's always well done. and fries are cold. I rather stay home and cook my own food. I used to love the food here.

First impression was nice.. Lester's looks like a diner straight from the 50s or 60s. Service was prompt initially. Unfortunately, things changed once the food was out.. Part of my wife's order was wrong but fixed very easily, then 2 bites into a sandwich, and a hair was found. Making eating the rest of that meal off putting. We notified the waitress who grilled us on it and asked for the hair. My son pulled it out of his mouth and dropped in on the floor, which is understandable. The waitress spoke to the manager or so she said but left the meal on the ticket. Again, literally 2 bits of a sandwich and 1 French fry missing. When leaving to pay I requested the manager and let her know We were not paying for his meal. She did take it off the ticket but was not very understanding. We wound up across the street at McDonald's.
