We stopped by the Pompano location for a late breakfast, and everything was spot-on. The menu is massive, with all the classics – fluffy pancakes, crispy home fries, perfectly cooked eggs, and those legendary oversized coffee mugs that keep refilling like magic. But what really took it to the next level was our server, Patti! She was an absolute superstar – friendly, attentive, quick with recommendations, and just genuinely warm. She remembered our order without missing a beat, checked in at the perfect times, and made us feel like regulars even though it was our first visit. Patti’s energy and smile turned a simple meal into a memorable experience. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. The food came out fast and hot, portions were generous (we left stuffed!), and the prices are super reasonable. Clean, comfortable booths, great atmosphere – it’s everything a diner should be. If you’re in the area, near the airport, or just craving classic American comfort food, head to Lester’s and ask for Patti if you can. She’s the cherry on top of an already fantastic spot! This place is fantastic! We accidentally found it and decided to try it out. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! The cake we tried was so good, we decided to use it for a wedding we were having the next day. The manager sought out a full cake and made sure it was ready for us!

Silverware . Had old food on it. Salt shaker. The salt would not come out. I open it to see Rust on the salt. The salt it self was moist with rust off in the salt. The server took it brought a new one to the table. Same issue was found. I observe her putting the same salt on the table she took the 2nd salt she hand to me. This was Sunday Dec 14. The next day. I have a stomach issue. Im throwing up. Nausa and Dirreah. Dec 16. I cant eat anything unless it irritates my guts. How do i know it was Lester diner. This was all i ate for the day .Please throw away your salt shakers and replace them with new one. The salt was put on my food. .
