Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered extra most bestest. The workers didn't make it and gave me a regular hot and ready. They claimed they didn't but I had them open a hot and ready side by side and there was no difference. They refused to make me an actual pizza that I ordered. It's difficult to understand why a simple matter like making a pizza a customer ordered is so difficult. Rosaline the manager refused to make my order correct. I calmly and politely asked for a pizza to be made, and they called the sheriff and had me trespassed from the premises. I never raised my voice and when they saw I was leaving this review they called the sheriff. He asked them to make me a pizza and they refused. The manager Rosalie does not speak English and is incredibly brazen in her treatment of customers.

Unbelievable transaction. My husband brought to their attention that they gave him a cheap "hot and ready " pizza when he paid for a more expensive pizza. They refused to give him the one he ordered. He took a photo of the pizza and the manager and began writing a Google review, so she called the police to have him trespass warranted ...instead of giving him what he ordered and paid for. The police asked her why she wouldn't just give him what he purchased....and then told him if they were in his shoes they would file a civil lawsuit. I can't believe they treated a customer so wrong.

Awful customer service !! Told 10 minutes waited 37 minutes for a under cooked Hot N Now cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza. And when asked how much longer after 25 minutes. Was answered with attitude and as if they did me a favor just making the pizza

Small place most times on one person is working, which slows down the orders. They would benefit from hiring more employees .

Oppose to those that were expecting more from those places.. it's not..
They are like that: plain and simple.. a go-and-take your order (when ready) place..
But those flavory pizzas for that cheap are a good deal.. that U have to wait..
Little Caesars is my place to get a hot pizza..

I don't usually leave reviews on anything, but Hot and Ready does not exist in this location. Asked for zest cheese bread they made me cheesey bread and through some jalapeños on top. Half an hour wait because no one answers the phone to place an order. Horrible experience.

We waited 30 minutes for one large pizza that we didnt get. Order before ppl who order way more than us and we were not served. This made my little sister sad because she loves pizza :(. But we’re grateful for dominos special :)
