Great recipe. Super small chicken cuts. I understand inflation. Legs are like chicken drumets. Just charge more. Looks like Qual but super great Chicken! Perfectly cooked
Ok so just remember when you order . The online prices 30% less than what you pay. The owner could take an hour on Google and change the pricing! Great chicken deceptive pricing easy to fix.

I'm a Chef for 45 years. I love these mom and pop companies. I love the no frills same interior for decades. The wooden window from the kitchen like trap door. I would love to meet the owner. This place would crush KFC. It could gross millions in franchisee. Maybe the owner doesn't want to . But the history is worth mollions

GOOD FRIED CHICKEN.

DELICIOUS fried chicken but with ZERO batter and fried in peanut oil. Extremely reasonably priced. Great for everyone especially someone like me who searches out great food for a great price. This place is very casual. I usually just do take-out. They also have shrimp dishes. And unique foods like livers and gizzards which I've never tried. Personally I go to Maryland Fried Chicken for their fried chicken. There aren't very many of these franchises. I go to the one in Pompano Beach.

This place still remains! I mean it has been 30 years since my last visit and it is better than my memories of salivation. A must stop and chew location. See the pics! Fried Gizzards, Fish & Chips, with deep fried chicken that is not greasy just CRISP.

I have been coming here for YEARS and I LOVE it!! An unassuming spot in my , (now ) hometown of Pompano. I heard they use a technique called "broasting" which I think is broiling and roasting , I'm not sure. But in a world with fly by night, gimmicky, overpriced food trucks and "pop up restaraunts", Maryland Fried Chicken is just good old fashion fried chicken. They dont need a tiktok or social media following, no advertising the food is just yum delish. The only other Maryland Fried Chicken I've seen is in my actual hometown of Easton, PA. I moved to Pompano in 1998 and have been coming here since then, was pleasantly surprised to see a "Maryland's" here!! I just saw the manager on TV in a clip and i must say I agree with him!!! LOVE LOVE this place, my ONLY wish (not a complaint) is that they had those cornfritters with the powder sugar like the Pennsylvania spot used to have (theyve shut down). I had some about a month ago after a good while of not having Maryland Fried Chicken and it was so fresh. A LOT of places that used to be good , disappoint these days. So many restaraunts are cutting corners because of inflated food prices--- Not Marylands I LOVE it. ** I was not paid to write this lol (complimentary 2 piece would be nice-- lol jk) , something reminded me of them and i was telling a friend how good they are and decided I had to show love ?????

This is good fried chicken. My wife and kids loved it. Coleslaw was excellent. Hidden secret this place. The clam strips were delicious, and so was the shrimp. The cheesticks were awesome! My only knock is that they dont have any sauces. But besides that, it was very tasty.
