Today an incident happened when we asked for our happy meal of pokemon cards, when they delivered it to us they gave us a different toy from guardians of the galaxies, as they did not have the product we asked for a refund, but the manager told us that she could not reimburse us, we had to talk for a long time for her to do it, she finally she did after she treated us very badly she even told us never to go back to McDonald's.

How about I called twice on 8pm on a Wednesday to ask about what time their drive thru is closed no answer. Who is the manager that makes 50k a year fire everybody in this place. McDonald’s is secretly owned by the British which own McDonald’s. Don’t be a clown answer your customers no wonder the elites want to turn you humans who take great jobs for granted into robots.
This McDonald is horrible and ghetto. Assistant GM June Irby was extremely rude and unhelpful. She lied about my order and denied my refund. Something needs to be done about management and customer service.
