We placed a breakfast order prior to it being 10:30 AM. Obviously, the menu online would have not let us made the order if it wasn’t breakfast . Upon arrival did not prepare my food and said that breakfast ended at 10:30 although I ordered before online. When I got home, I realize that they had charged me twice on my card. It’s day three and my money has not been returned !The Service here is horrible. This is not my first incident here , my son who is a. light skinned Hispanic boy received racist treatment For looking white. If I can give this location, zero stars or less, I would.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT come here. They take FOREVERRRRRR. You will regret waiting inside. If you pull up to this location and you see a long drive-through line and you think ordering inside will be a lot quicker then you are completely wrong. And don’t think that just because you say your order number that they’ll hurry up nope you’re gonna wait another 10 minutes if you weren’t attended to the first time.
Drive to the one on Atlantic Boulevard if you have to, but do not come to this location

Today we were at store #24636 at the drive thru and I ordered our food, when we got to the 1st window to pay the young lady did not have the order in the system and we had to reorder, paid $10.46, we drove to the 2nd window to pick up order, the young lady gave us a L strawberry shake instead of a small strawberry banana smoothie, when we asked what the difference in price was she said she didn't know and had to find out, when she came back we were told a L shake was 3.49 and the small smoothie was 3.19, I then asked can I have the difference in what I paid back and the manager that I asked to speak with told the person that I should come inside to speak with her, mind you it was raining outside, and we could see her fussing through the window. The server told me at 1st that they're not giving me anything and I had to argue the fact that if I didn't have the $.30 difference to pay they wouldn't give me a L shake and I would have to order something else. Eventually they gave me back the $.30 but it was just the principle of it all which led me to write this review, which I never do.

This mcdonald's is a nightmare. Try ordering a meal here and couldn't even understand the person or why a manager would even have somebody with such port communication skills and language barrier issues in the drive through
