Management allows the cooks in the back to put what they want on the food. Even when the customer request no cheese, no salt the cooks do what they wanna do. this every day the employees do not care. I blame management if they don’t care the employees don’t care

the manger with the hair cut and dreads had a very nasty attitude and in the drive thru , i tried to get her to proper understand me she answered by saying “i don’t need nobody else trying to check me “ then me and my bf turned out to be saying what we were trying to say right she was in the wrong no apology was made or anything ! wow and she the one in charge ? , i can see why this mcdonalds has a 3 in rating.

I asked for 2 snack wraps one combo one regular, they gave me three and charged for three. I always have issues with this McDonalds.

they messed up ordered which made us late for our appointment because we had to go inside and thats after they repeated back to us.
Why are you rushing when speaking with a customer. make sure the customer knows what youre doing when dealing with their money. worst mcdonalds fries i ever had also

Seemed to be the usual whole store of workers walking around very slowly and leaving the counter not covered for like 30 minutes . Really it's much more frequent in other McDonalds stores as well as other fast food type places . I also worked at McDonald's as a kid . Then, they were strict in their performance grades . I guess that's all gone now. So sad for McDonalds

This McDonald’s deserves zero stars. I waited at the front for 15 minutes to be acknowledged. They ignore you when your DoorDash I could see my order sitting in the back since the time I walked in and no one was able to hand it to me. They just don’t care. They need more help, and the managers don’t care! Horrible customer service.

Oh em gee every now and then people that aren't smart try and tell me when I'm wrong and they know they don't even believe there own lie. The manager and another not so smart employee didn't want to value my receipt for my purchase. When it's on every McDonald's receipt. Then knowing he was incorrect about what he did he gave me my double cheeseburger. Every McDonald's receipts says the same from Florida no matter if it's franchise or corporate! Do your job better. I will not be returning to this McDonald's at all. I'm not happy about this store being my first bad McDonald's review!
