I don’t understand how this location is not shut down or under new management. This is my second time coming to this location and I ordered two $5 meals nothing of that meal was fresh. The buns were greasy as hell. The fries tasted as if they were dropped in old oil. The nuggets were not fresh at all. They were hard and cold in the drinks that they gave us were watered down. The staff are very rude there & you can tell they don’t like their job customer service is shitty 1star rating for me.

Used their bathroom Christmas Eve, they have a hand dryer in 2024 and now I’m sick as a dog, I know it’s them because nobody else in my family is sick but me and I’m the only one who used this bathroom, shame on them for not having paper towels

This place stinks because they refuse to let you use the bathroom if you don't buy something that is exclusive for customers. This is really stupid on the part of the employees who are supposed to be nice and helpful to people even if they are not customers. Personally, I will stop consuming McDonald's products. It is not worth feeding these people!

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal a day prior. However it was subpar possibly due to shift change . The burger was dry and cold and the fries were old. However the next day I placed a call, spoke with Nancy who took the time to hear my complaint with no rebuttals. I later came to the store and she made it right, food temperature, presentation and service was excellent. Thank you Nancy !!

Remember that movie demolition man, where taco bell becomes a fine dining establishment after winning the food wars? This is kinda like that, because the food has become insanely priced but also the dining experience is still McDonald's. So it's cardboard with cheap ketchup on it. If you're looking at reviews to figure out where to eat, and you're reading this, you're probably high AF right now and I'm here to tell you: don't do it.

Ordered curbside because of all the homeless people hanging outside & around. Waited 10 minutes for my burger and fries.to come to my car. Nobody came out!! I had to get out a d walk in only to get the cold shoulder from 2 mgrs walking out. Very disappointed at the service here at this location. Get new mgmnt!!!

I have visited this place several times, but the service is the same. Sadly most of the employees have a terrible face while attending you. And with terrible I mean they are not friendly at all. I'm not looking they have a huge smile but at least that you don't feel afraid to ask.
