This McDonalds SUCKS! Every single order from here is wrong. The service is terrible. They rush you and then they park you and then they bring your order out and its always wrong or missing items. What's the point of ordering through the mobile app and making the selections you want just to not get what you picked? You order a happy meal, you select apple slices and disney toy and chocolate milk and ranch. They give 2 fries, no apples, a different toy, bbq sauce, and forget the milk. This is consistent from this location. I'm tired of spending money and not getting what I paid for.

I ordered a coffee and waited over 15 minutes. Finally, they simply told me the coffee machine wasn't working. And no one even thought to apologize. I wasted my time on the road and waiting in vain.

Worst customer service of all time lmao. Slowest Mcdonald’s ever and the employees are always rude every time I go. Bigger lady with braids and glasses gave us the worst attitude. Not sure what was going on with her?? I really hope she’s not a manager because boyyyy did she suck lol! Nobody in the drive thru so we went thinking it was okay because our car is down right now. She told us to go doordash 💀 I tried to explain to her we had already placed an order but she ignored me! Money hungry Mcdonald’s lol I hope she gets fired 😬
