My wife and I went by Miami grill. I realized they had a Caesar chicken salad pita and it was fantastic. It was only $5.99 and it was worth every bit of the money. Taste fantastic the crunch. Fantastic! And it was freshly made. You could hear them making it in the back. I like that part the best... Our cashier Maya was very gracious and patient and polite. Great customer service all around..

Walked in to get lunch went to the bathroom immediately had to turn around at the door because the odor was so bad. I could not even go to wash my hands then walking to the dining room noticing all the windows look like they haven’t been washed in years and the dining room looks pretty nasty as well. Walked up to the counter and immediately noticed a odor coming from behind the counter and looked around at their open style kitchen and noticed that it was really dirty. I would not eat here and I would not take my worst enemy here to feed him. This is really sad becauseI used to come to this Miami Grill and it was really nice.

Arrived at 8:30 pm told they were closed even though the door clearly stated open till 10 as did the website.
I walked in today, tired, hungry and just aggravated with my day. I was greeted with some warm welcome. These ladies, Sherika, Millie, Rosie and Hasafa were so awesome, it was so unexpected. They totally turned my whole day around and the food was so good! Thank you so much!!!

I was a little skeptical and anticipated bad customer service when I pulled up because of the reviews…. But I was more than pleasantly surprised. Every time me and my family visit down south we have a tradition to go to the nearest Miami grill before we hit the interstate and I’m so happy this was the closest one! Everything was chef’s kiss!!! Especially the customer service!! Artasia and her crew were so bubbly and sweet from the time we walked in and the food was super tasty and fresh! It was def an amazing start to my 4hr drive lol!

Hadn't eaten at a Miami subs in years. As the ones in NC closed in the mid 2000s. Steak and Cheese was good even though it wasn't what I ordered. Service at the drive-thru wasn't bad. The rest of the sides weren't bad either.

Where did 15 minutes to be asked what I wanted. The kitchen staff was so disorganized it took another 30 minutes for a simple pita gyro. And all the while the front server did nothing but moan and complain about everything.
