This place is it! My family is from South Africa so they have a lot of experience with authentic Indian recipes and everyone loved their dish. My mother in law is very picky and also has dietary restrictions and she was made very comfortable and loved her dish. My children loved the korma! Probably the most loved korma they've ever had. The chef made it mild for them and it was a perfect balance of sweet and creamy with plenty of flavor. The veg biryani was a great portion size and again full of flavor. The restaurant is cozy and also very clean. My father in law chatted with the owner a bit and also the chef. Both were kind and genuine and also funny. Give this place a try...we almost picked one of the bigger, more reviewed places and I'm so glad we didn't.

Dinner for two and we both enjoyed our meals. I asked our server to choose for us and after asking us a few questions about our preferences (meats, veggies and spice) he chose Butter Chicken and Chicken Shahi Tikka served with rice. We loved these dishes; our chicken was tender and carried wonderful flavor through every bite. I also had the salted Lassi which I enjoyed but thought it was a wee bit sweet; I prefer a sour Lassi but still, I drank every bit and enjoyed it too.I noticed this is a popular takeout restaurant and that doesn't surprise me because the food is delicious.The Chef visited our table after the meal and was very interested in our experience. He listened when I said I prefered thinner naan; the naan here is thick and doughy. He offered to make me more which was very kind but I couldn't eat another bite if I tried! He let me know to ask for thin naan the next time we visit and I will.

The Lunch Special of Butter Chicken was Spectacular!!! The heat was just how I like it!! The Naan was delicious too!!! I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who wants to enjoy Fantastic Indian Food!!! Can’t wait to return??

Came here with family tonight for dinner and it was absolutely amazing vibes all around and great service. The chef came to our table to greet us and and provided such a warm welcome and asked us how we prefer our spice levels and I thought that was very kind of him. We ordered the plain naan and a few appetizers to start. I enjoyed my lamb curry with mild spice. Food is absolutely authentic and delicious! I love to support small businesses. You will not be disappointed. Come on an empty stomach for sure and u will not leave hungry. ??? ?

Delicious family owned Indian spot!We eat Indian food on a regular basis and we’ve been to a few spots around Pompano; Miami Spice Guru is definitely one of the best!! The food was very good and authentic and the chef personally made sure to come to our table and thank us for coming! 10/10 recommend!

Great Indian food! Very casual restaurant, small but very authentic! Opened this year so crowds haven’t found it..yet! Service was great, chef came out to visit and you could watch him prepare your dinner! Nice menu and perfect spices and heat…a must for Indian food lovers!

No wonder that Florida has this Indian authentic restaurant which food taste 10 out of 10. The behavior of the owner is amazing. He literally came to our table and ask to let him know how the food tastes, so that he can improve his restaurant’s food quality. But food already tasted soo good that they do not need any more tips for improvement. I am definitely recommending this restaurant for all Bengali and Indian specially.
