A Generous Plate, Still Finding Its Voice
Lunch at Mini Pita unfolded quietly, the dining room nearly empty despite its corner spot in a small mall shopping center. The restaurant aspires to bridge Greek and Middle Eastern cuisines, an ambition reflected in both its menu and its décor, though the result feels somewhat unfocused. We ordered the Greek salad, a gyro with fries, and chicken shawarma with rice pilaf. Portions were notably generous, a plus for hungry diners, and everything arrived hot and timely. Still, the flavors remained squarely in the “fine” category—pleasant, filling, but not distinctive or transportive.
Service was a genuine bright spot. Our server was kind, patient, and helpful, a presence that elevated the experience. Less appealing were the physical details: a faint stickiness to the table and a general sense that the room could benefit from a deeper cleaning and thoughtful updates. Mini Pita shows effort and hospitality, but the food has some distance to go before it matches the Mediterranean benchmarks found elsewhere.

Very amazing and awesome personality from the staff. Food is also amazing. I am of carribean but Appreciate food from different parts of the world. They have a lot of unique dishes from Egypt, Greece and Lebanese. Special thanks Rocio and Shaiana !

What a gem! This cute Mediterranean restaurant has such a warm, inviting ambiance
—it's the kind of place you immediately want to settle into and enjoy. The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. The tzatziki was hands-down the best I've had in a long time-fresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced.
I ordered the chicken shawarma platter with veggies and a Greek salad, and everything was flavorful, fresh, and cooked to perfection.
My husband loved his lamb shawarma pita-tender, well-seasoned, and generously filled.
To top it all off, our daughter had the baklava, which was delightful-sweet, flaky, and just the right amount of indulgent.
Fantastic food, lovely atmosphere, and a wonderful dining experience overall. We'll definitely be back!

I normally don’t write reviews but when I find somewhere exceptional, I must share.
My husband and I were on our way home from the airport, not wanting to cook and so we tried this spot for the first time next to our house. We ordered to go. While we were waiting, the chef (guessing owner) sent out a taste plate of their hummus which was DELICIOUS. And that wasn’t even the best part, he sent out some gyro meat for my dog and a water bowl. (Today just happened to be his birthday).
The food was delicious. The gyro was seasoned well and I loved the salad dressing!
This restaurant went above and beyond and it was noticed and appreciated! Not many places are that kind these days and it makes them stand out for sure!

The food was mediocre, and reminded me of a mall food court quality. The dishes were basic with no real flavor. We got the chicken shawarma which was simply chicken, with salt and more salt with rice and more salt. We also got the shrimp platter which was overcooked and didn’t taste great.

Great authentic Mediterranean Cuisine. The chicken shawarma gyro is my favorite. The food is always fresh and the service is top notch. It was really nice to sit outside with my dog and husband and watch the belly dancer.

Phenomenal food, romantic setting, an exceptional service. We were taken care of by our server Rocio. She was super kind and patient and gave great recommendations. Certainly a gem that is slightly hidden away. Once you find it, it's a gold mine!
