La Terraza Cubana delivers on flavor and atmosphere. The avocado salad with chicken was outstanding—like chunky guacamole elevated into a full meal. Ham and cheese empanadas came out hot, crisp, and full of flavor. The Cuban sandwich looked and tasted like the real deal. My Pan Con Lechón sandwich was ok but smaller than expected, would prefer the Cuban next time for sure. Only quirk: dishes arrived in stages rather than together, which broke up the flow a bit. Awesome mojitos. The perfect cuban sandwich and a perfectly cooked slab of pork full of flavor! The yellow rice isn't just yellow rice, it had lots of flavorful veggies that makes a huge difference.
