2 of us ate here 3/17/24 about 7:45pm. Despite so many reviews claiming poor service, ours was not. Our server, Jaqueline was outstanding, funny and efficient. We had the Rachel and a Hot Pastrami sandwich. Sides of coleslaw and onion rings. ALL were excellent. We staying in Ft Lauderdale and came here for the Deli.

Their Reuben hit the spot after some drunken Roulette at Harrah's Casino across from Top Golf. Delicious! We need more vintage delicatessens in SoFlo where you can be shouting the odds of gambling amongst patrons while enjoying a nice meal at the counter. This brought back fond memories of 4am Wolfie's in Miami after the clubs.

We went on a Sunday for dinner while visiting Harrahs. There was no wait to sit but we did have to wait 40 minutes for our food. The place was full with only one waitress on each side. Our food was excellent and our waitress was very friendly. Try the grilled chicken sandwich.

20 minute wait to be seated and it wasn't even busy. Servers/Hostess totally ignore you. No acknowledgement at all. 15 more minutes before they take your order and then 45 minutes to get it. Food was ok same as usual but service is horrible. I usually always just order outside at the to go area and take it home. The service is always fast and friendly no hassles short wait will go back to doing that the restaurant is just a joke avoid it not worth the hassle.

Renka, was the bartender who waved us over to one of her booths while she served many other people at the bar area. At first we were hesitant to sit in her area, but Renka was a 5 star waitress. She was super pleasant and very knowledgeable about the food. Unfortunately, the food was well below standard. The chicken had an okay flavor, but was difficult to chew. The mashed potatoes were runny and slimy which freaked me out! The patty melt was edible, but forgettable due to a bland taste. The fries were the only good thing going. Perhaps it was an off cooking day, but Renka was a remarkable SUPERSTAR!

First, they are way understaffed. The staff they do have seem aloof and are not very helpful. Expect 30-40 minute wait-times. The young man working the take-out area absolutely refuses to multi-task, making every customer wait unnecessarily. Over my 6 or 8 visits in the past 12 months, F&B Manger is non-existent from this customers perspective. Food is good but it loses a lot because I don’t trust the preparation process!

Solid service and generous food portions. If you are looking for comfort food --- then look no further than Myron's. From fried chicken to meatloaf, hamburger's to steak sandwiches --- they have you covered. I stumbled on this place because it is located inside the casino. And after visiting, I would return (even if I was not gambling). I wasn't able to try the desserts --- but they looked amazing. Plus they have take home options.

During my last 3 visits to Myron's Deli, the food has been good but the service is horrible. We waited at least 30 minutes before we even had our drink order taken on 1 visit. Forget refills. If you ask for a refill, you may get it just as your finishing your meal. During our last visit, we requested a refill of coffee, water and condiments and had to request them 3 times. She brought the coffee and condiments just as I was finishing my meal and totally forgot to bring the water. I like the food but they really need to improve on the service. When I was trying to ask for the bill, I stood near her as she was talking to another server. She walk right past me and did not even acknowledge me. I will not be back.
