Kaz the pizza maker is a great worker. Glad that he works at my nearby Papa John’s. Very kind and helpful and knowledgeable with the menu and deals. There was a small mix up and he corrected everything and fixed my order. This guy definitely goes above and beyond every time. Definitely should be a manager at least. This guy needs a raise!

You will not believe that I ordered my children pizza at 6:30 here it is 9:30 at night and still no pizza not to mention getting hung up on several times calling about the order… when I first got ahold of them they told me my order said delivered because the driver hit delivered to come back in and help the staff and forgot about my order EXCUSE ME FORGOT so at this point im still patiently waiting its 8 o clock at this point he says he will remake it and it will be there in 30 mins well like i said here we are 9:30 and still no pizza and nobody is even answering so I can get a refund this is unacceptable and so crazy and the customer service is TRASHHHHH!

Crust was way under cooked and very doughy. The delivery driver in red mini van in which I believe her name was Shanequa took forever to arrive. By watching the map it looked she stopped at the CVS at Atlantic and US 1 and was there for like 10 minutes or longer. Pizza was cold by the time she arrived to my location and she had a terrible attitude and talked to me like I was an idiot. The pepercini's were dried out like California raisins. Terrible experience all the way around

This location has forever changed my opinion about Papa Johns. The pizza is always hot, fresh, and tastes great. Order is always accurate. Staff is always friendly. Always offer plates and napkins. And they smile!! I hope someone high up sees this cause this location needs all the praise.

Take a lot time for 2 medium pizza like 50 mint waaaaaattth crazzyyy
I picked up the pizza at this location, and had to track down an employee in order to get it. There was a man making pizzas who tried to help figure out the system, so he went in the back and got a young lady who came out and sort of threw the pizza on the counter without saying a word. I asked if that was mine, she just looked at me and said yeah. That was my first and last time going to that Papa Johns location, and I recommend avoiding it at all costs.

I am here for vacation and I just ordered a large pie half Hawaiian and the rest all mushrooms with cheese. It came out so good and well done ?. The Garlic Parm crust was so good. From NY A Woman attended me tonight. She should get a raise. While I waited for my pie, I watched her work and she was taking care of everything and still came to charge for the pie in timely manner.

Papa John is my favorite pizza from the first time I ever ate it. But for some reason today it was awful. Did not even taste like pizza . The crust was not fully cooked and there was a very , very small amount of meat on my sausage and pepperoni. The slices were not cut completely. This was a really bad experience. This is not usually papa John service. Very disappointed.
