Pascal & Cathy Bakery

I ordered a Trois Chocolat cake from this French bakery, and it was honestly the best thing I’ve ever tasted! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, guiding me through their selection and helping me choose exactly what I wanted. They even prepared the cake the very next day. The flavors were rich, perfectly balanced and absolutely unforgettable. Highly recommend this place!

I really liked this place. The pastries and the mini desserts were fresh and delicious, not too sweet. The coffee was good too. It felt like I was in Europe.

A charming French bakery located in the Lighthouse and Pompano area.
They offer a wide array of delicious sweet treats, and their coffee is absolutely fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making for a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
A helpful tip regarding parking: if the front spaces are full, there's a spacious parking lot behind the store with convenient back door access.

Amazing place with their owners behind the counter at the bakery. Its an incredible experience where you can try the pastries, desserts and other baked goods and have a really french taste.

Amazing Croissants!

We just randomly stopped in this place today as we were driving by, and so glad we did. We had just had breakfast a short time before, unfortunately, but I bought my partner and I each a cinnamon roll and I was barely back in the car before we were attacking them and they were easily the best cinnamon rolls we've ever had, and we are cinnamon roll experts! Based on the beautiful creations that I saw inside, I would venture to say that everything here is absolutely wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the place flawlessly clean, and the displays beyond impressive. We can't wait to stop back. I hope this place is a success because it certainly deserves to be. More often than not, we feel we waste our money eating out because it's usually mediocre. So great to find an A+ bakery.

Have been here a few times and the service can use a little improvement. Unfortunately average at best service is the norm in Florida. No one smiles or greets you when you come in, because they are too busy and don't need to go the extra distance.

This is one of the reasons businesses fail in the long term. A business should understand that customers are the most important part and treat them well.

I have tried the croissants, coffee, breakfast, and the bread and they've all been good although way overpriced. A plain croissant is $5 and a baguette is $6. Now I understand you use butter and flour from France, but this is definitely expensive. Thank you.

I went to Pascal &Kathy's yesterday to purchase two $25.00 gift certificates for friends that have never been there. I was helped by a very unfriendly, surly girl that started writing out the certificates and put a expiration date on them of one year. I asked her why a gift certificate that I was basically paying cash for with my debit card was getting an expiration date she replied that was how they did it. ( Questionable at best)
She then proceeded to charge me tax, I said I was not going to pay tax on gift certificates so she went into the back room stayed there for 10 minutes then came back out and removed the tax, telling me that whomever used the gift certificates were going to have to pay the tax,
The reason I was buying the gift certificates, was because I find that the food is very well made and delicious. The ambience is fine, the one thing Pascal & Kathy lacks, is customer service, I left not feeling good I was not wished Merry Christmas or have a nice day, or anything, that girl should not be working behind a counter. Rather she should work in the back and not have to deal with the public.
I waited a day before I wrote this review just to see how I would feel, but I am still annoyed by the way I was treated.

Several people were raving about this place in a FB foodie group. I was in the area and gave them a try. They had a good selection of pastries but the prices were much higher than I was used to. I tried the apple turnover and raisin swirl. The apple turnover was probably the best I’ve had. So light yet flavorful. The raisin swirl was ok (I’ve had better). Definitely worth trying again.
