I have no idea who would even thhhiiink of going to Chik Fil A when there’s PDQ. PDQ blows Gods chicken out of the water! No lines, no waiting, open Sundays. Crispier chicken and fries, bigger portions, better sauces. Hard to believe it’s even fast food because it’s so much better quality.
The Honey butter sandwich is the business!???, Not to mention the staff is great?

I come here often and today was horrible, there was no one else in the restaurant and my best friend and I ordered our food at 7:51pm and didn’t get our food until 8:17pm. On top of that, there was hair in my food, black curly hair that was distinctly from a member of the staff. They then took the food when I showed them and the group of 5 workers crowded around and look at the food and then proceeded to call me and my friend “liars” and when we heard that we turned around and stared at them and then when the culprit came out from the back they all pointed and said “dude that’s your hair” none of the employees were wearing hairnets just hats, but the person who the hair belonged to is not wearing a hat or a hairnet and he said “no one can make me wear one, I’ll quit. “ was given nasty looks by the whole staff and after my food was brought out without hair, they recooked it. They kept staring at us and gave us a “free meal” coupon. Not happy at all with behavior or the way they handled it. My invoice number is 838847 and I ordered at the pdq in pompano beach on north federal highway. There clearly was no manager or supervisor as it was handled poorly.
The food is always hot and always taste great. I place an order for pick up and less than 5-6 minutes it's ready. The prices are reasonable and the staff are polite. The Pompano Beach branch that I personally go to is always clean and fully staffed. I appreciate everything this company does for their customers.
