I visited the PDQ location in Pompano Beach and ordered an OG chicken sandwich, specifically asking for no pickles because I am allergic to pickles. When I opened my sandwich, it had pickles and even a piece of cheese inside, and I am also allergic to cheese. Thankfully I noticed before eating it, but this could have been a serious health risk.
This location was out of my way, so I couldn’t go back to fix the order. I also didn’t receive a receipt. I ended up wasting $13 and didn’t even get to eat lunch. In today’s economy, that’s not something I can afford.
Staff need to be more careful when preparing orders, especially when customers have food allergies.

For the first time since coming to this location, I decided to go in and eat. The service was so friendly and fast. I just wanted to thank the staff for being so friendly and polite, sadly its a rare things these days, but not here. 10/10 will be back for the excellent service!

An overall great staff here - friendly, professional, efficient. In my experience, the salads, chicken fingers, bread on sandwiches & fries are always fresh at thus location - which unfortunately, is not the case at all locations …Just wanted to gove this staff their due thamks.

i ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and the chicken was not fully cooked. they forgot to add my bacon and my cookie was undercooked as well. it felt like play-dough. employee said i was “too old” to do the kids coloring book for a free cookie. i am twenty three years old. very disappointed at the service i received from this establishment.
