i ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and the chicken was not fully cooked. they forgot to add my bacon and my cookie was undercooked as well. it felt like play-dough. employee said i was “too old” to do the kids coloring book for a free cookie. i am twenty three years old. very disappointed at the service i received from this establishment.

The young man at the drive thru window in Pompano Beach was so so nice. I didn’t see his name but I wish I did. He’s clearly an asset to PDQ and should be recognized for his excellent customer service.

I have no idea who would even thhhiiink of going to Chik Fil A when there’s PDQ. PDQ blows Gods chicken out of the water! No lines, no waiting, open Sundays. Crispier chicken and fries, bigger portions, better sauces. Hard to believe it’s even fast food because it’s so much better quality.
