Horrible. They use DoorDash for delivery. I never received my pizzas. I tried to call to report the issue and was left on hold multiple times before I was disconnected entirely. This location needs to be reported to corporate. And I will do my best to do so.

every time i order i never receive my food . i get a confirmation that it’s on the way then when i waited 2 hours still no show . i called spoke to a mg , they stated they was gonna fix the problem and my issue and still not my issue not resolved . i never received my order. the lack of integrity on the managers part is very poor and need retraining. i am highly upset. due to i want a refund now i am not getting a answer from the store. however i will get i touch with my back institutions
I placed my order using the app. The app crashed many times while placing the order and the add extra sauce button doesn’t work. Then the restaurant used Door Dash to deliver my order. Which the driver didn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand him, so my order never got delivered. I called the store to speak to someone who could help me and was placed on hold for 10 minutes before I finally hung up and called back. I then talked to the manager AJ I believe was his name. He was nice and helped me with my issue by making the order again and sending it with the regular delivery driver. When the driver showed up he was very rude and short with me. He couldn’t find my apartment after I left very clear instructions for the driver. When he handed me the pizza an hour and a half had already past by. I said thank you and he said nothing rolled his eyes and left. When I opened my pizza box. There was not extra sauce on the pizza and not one marinara sauces that I paid extra for. The food was cold to be expected when you order delivery. The food did taste good like a pizza hut pizza and pasta would taste.

Garbage ! I filed a complaint just for the manager to call me back and do nothing about their horrible staff experience. Laughing in my face while showing them how they messed up my order , and the fact I didn’t receive the product I paid for. They make you whatever they want and not what you ordered and when you ask for your money back they try to hold your money within the company and give you a store credit to keep purchasing the garbage they wanna make and not what you ask for. This is how Pizza Hut treats customers ? I’ll make sure to escalate this to the cfo and president. Manager has no skills to be dealing with ppl.

Pizza hut does not give a complete itemized receipt. Just the amount. No topping charges. Nothing itemized. Legaly they are supposed to list everything. I payed for delivery yet I had to pay and pick up. It's the food American scam. The receipt never matches what you may or may not get

No stars! The pepperoni pizza I ordered was missing half the cheese on one side so it was just sauce and pepperoni. The crust looked like a child was playing in the dough, some pieces had crust and some had none(not sure how that can happen). The Cheesey bread was cheese less and had no taste. I had it delivered for a reason so I couldn't take it back to the store. I pretty much lost the money I spent on this disgusting order.

I ask to be left outside, because I have 3 big Dogs There are instructions in their website But yet the delivery guy didn’t leave the food out he took the food and went to do more deliveries now my food is cold and I have to wait 10 minutes It been 30 minutes and no pizza I called again and the girl on the phone doesn’t speak English So she hangs up the phone

Honestly was very excited to come into work tonight and order my favorite pan pizza and cinnamon rolls. I come to find out at 9:22pm on the Doordash app, They are no longer available. This is just unacceptable, Management really owes an apology to Pompano Beach due to this Catastrophe and this is absolute Horse Manure.
