The quality of the pizza and service has gone down the drain. I used to love pizza hut because of the crisp at the bottom of a pan pizza. Now when I order my pizza is cold and floppy. the past 3 orders I placed Ive been disappointed. Not only do they forget items that I’ve paid for, the staff, not sure if it’s the manager even tho that’s who I ask for, are extremely rude. With a how dare you call to complain kinda attitude. I can’t lie Pizza Hut has single handedly turnt me off of pizza all together.

My order today was made with no love or brand directions!! I got the special for two medium pizzas for $8 a piece. Secondly, the pan pie was over cooked and flat like a flat tire!! We bit into it and couldn't taste any cheese at all!! The second pizza was thin crust with bacon because they were out of sausage. This one was even worse and my step son opened the box and asked where is the cheese!! We normally are happy with our order from this establishment but this is unacceptable at the minimum!! I refuse to take an $18 hit like this!! Please beware of this pizza hut in Tamarac. Lastly, I tried to get help placing my order and asking about the online special and the two idiots there had no idea of what I was asking about!! Please view the pics of a pan slice and thin slice with bacon!! Shameful!!

The female at the register at the Tamarac fl 33321 store is rude and looks miserable at her job. Horrible customer service from her being one of the faces of your company. Maybe your franchise should give their employees customer service classes before hiring them.
We visited on 8- Oct ( Wednesday) near about 7pm to reach home before Milton Hurricane arrived in our area in Coral Springs.
Back to the taste, we avail the offer of two large pizzas with medium size soda in $32 . Our veg pizza was awesome and the kids enjoyed it a lot.
As a whole, the service and taste was good.

Ordered the big box 2 different pizzas. Everything was soggy and very undercooked on the pepperoni pizza. Very little pepperoni and the dough was wet and soggy, not cooked at all. Breadsticks sticks were not even cut and the sauces on the scale of one to 10 about a three don’t believe I’ll be going back this was advertised at $26 when you’re done the check came out to over $38 not a bargain

My go to pizza spot. This is a fine establishment and the people that work here move with diligence. They acknowledge me once i come through the door and keep me informed in case my pizza isn’t ready. Also VERY CLEAN! Highly recommend this location.
