Ordered two pizzas one stop away from the store…. bc I did not have my car. The driver passed my location sat in a parking lot 3 stop lights away and the store refused to help! So much for customer service. Never again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called to place a corporate catering order, and they were unable to finalize it after 20 minutes of repeating the order back. They transferred me to multiple different representatives till I finally hung up. Save your efforts, they have no clue what theyre doing

They stopped putting the amount of ingredients on the pizza. A slice of a small tomato diced for a large pizza. 1 sq inch of green pepper, thinly sliced. You have to use a magnifying glass to see the onions. Barely any cheese. I think I am going to stop buying from pizzahut.

I placed an order online for 2 Hut boxes (personal pan pizzas with a side). Even though I arrived a few minutes early, it was piping hot and ready to go 👏🏽. It was very clean inside, well-organized and there was a good amount of staff. Would definitely recommend this location!

Hispanic lady completely ignored me, aggravated me so much I spoke out loud how I was going to write a formal complaint on her and she seemed to have cared less about anything I had to say. Service = how they treat your food, no heart in this specific Pizza Hut, go to another one

The quality of the pizza and service has gone down the drain. I used to love pizza hut because of the crisp at the bottom of a pan pizza. Now when I order my pizza is cold and floppy. the past 3 orders I placed Ive been disappointed. Not only do they forget items that I’ve paid for, the staff, not sure if it’s the manager even tho that’s who I ask for, are extremely rude. With a how dare you call to complain kinda attitude. I can’t lie Pizza Hut has single handedly turnt me off of pizza all together.

My order today was made with no love or brand directions!! I got the special for two medium pizzas for $8 a piece. Secondly, the pan pie was over cooked and flat like a flat tire!! We bit into it and couldn't taste any cheese at all!! The second pizza was thin crust with bacon because they were out of sausage. This one was even worse and my step son opened the box and asked where is the cheese!! We normally are happy with our order from this establishment but this is unacceptable at the minimum!! I refuse to take an $18 hit like this!! Please beware of this pizza hut in Tamarac. Lastly, I tried to get help placing my order and asking about the online special and the two idiots there had no idea of what I was asking about!! Please view the pics of a pan slice and thin slice with bacon!! Shameful!!
