Food is great. Prices are reasonable. Portions are good. Good food if you like Sicilian type cooking. Great Pizza thick or thin. Fantastic Menu choices. This is the secret of Pompano Beach. Every thing fresh and hand made. It's like Mom was in the kitchen. I'd rather eat here than anywhere

We ordered delivery (less than a mile) and were extremely disappointed in the quality of food. Lasagna was watery, bland, and lacked the normal layers of noodles and ricotta cheese. Veal parm was bland and the breading was a soggy mess. Pasta sauce is basically canned tomato's with no flavor. Side salad size was a joke and the quantity of dressing was extremely insufficient. We chose this place based on some of the other reviews but we definitely won't be back.

Ate here twice to provide a thorough review. Garlic knots were warm and very garlicky. Fine for me but could be toned down a touch for most pallets. The salads were fresh and amazing but the sauce was a bit watery which wasn’t aesthetically pleasing. Spaghetti noodles were firm. Marinara sauce was tasty and fresh. Eggplant parmesan was not memorable. I’m from MI where oddly we have a large concentrated population of Italians so I’m spoiled. Again it wasn’t bad and for a beach town should exceed expectations. The 4 cheese pizza was splendid! Very cheesy so you get want you asked for. Brilliantly cooked to perfection. Crunchy but not burnt. Thin and not heavy sauce. The service was stellar as well. She was attentive and sweet to our daughter. They are great about greeting you upon entry and exit.

Gino cooked up some fantastic Eggplant Parm. My Lasagne was baked in its own little pan. It was very good as well. Great night…great location. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful evening.

The whole experience was mediocre; the food was subpar and not very ry good. And when they say the meals are shared, that cannot be true. There were only three stuffed shells...maybe enough for a child.I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Don’t order takeout unless you want to wait forever well beyond what they say it will take.

The service was not bad, but I ate the worst pizza in America. The dough was sour, there was too much sauce and not enough cheese.

Ruby's by the Sea is an absolute gem of an Italian restaurant! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The service was impeccable, thanks to the attentive staff who made sure our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. And let's talk about Chef Gino's culinary mastery – every dish that graced our table was a true work of art. Whether you're craving classic Italian favorites or adventurous new creations, Ruby's delivers. A must-visit for anyone seeking delicious Italian food and a memorable dining experience.

We ordered few pizzas while on vacation in Pompano Beach. Food was delicious, ordering online was quick and easy, our food was ready on time and it was delicious! Will order again!

This place is a complete rip off the food is terrible. The price is outrageous. I was charged over $50 for an order of tortellini with grilled chicken, spinach, garlic and oil and three slices of pizza and it was absolutely terrible. Do not I repeat do not go here$50 for an order of tortellini with garlic oil, grilled chicken and spinach and three slices of pizza and the food was terrible

Based on other reviews, we placed a large takeout order for a family gathering of 18 people. The reviews & the food did not disappoint! Being from NJ we’re pretty critical when it comes to good Italian food. The garlic knots were great, the meatball & chicken parm subs perfect, with plenty of sauce & cheese, the veggie Stromboli cheesy & crispy & even the pizza connoisseurs gave the pizza the thumbs up. A good price for simply great food!Parking: Limited number of parking spots
